I never expected to get the chance to be disappointed by the way the season ends. I expected to be disappointed much earlier than that

Sent the son to grandparents until the 1st.
I will be drunk.
I will be rooting like hell for the ...gag... Jags.
I will be rooting like hell for the Colts.
I will be rooting like hell for the Bears, so that the Eagles get in the playoffs just as a big middle fanger to Dallas.
I will be cheering for the Jets to break Brady's femur. As always.
I will have on my Nelson jersey, colts socks, colts pants, drinking blue bud light. I will have my Leonard jersey on stand by in case we're losing, as well as the Wayne jersey.
I will be cheering for the Browns to win, and the Steelers to lose as well.
I hope to god that the Raiders win.
I will watch Nelson get pancakes, and the souls of those he crushes. I will watch the Maniac fly sideline to sideline, and wreck Henry with baited breath. I will laugh maniacally as the Titans lose, again, to jeers and boos as Luck steps on their throat and pushes slowly down, all while whispering "good hit, I found a great deal at Home Depot you should check it out, 50% off!"

Sounds like the Indy Star's strategy to get people to spend money is not working well...I've seen about a half dozen ways to get around their limit on this thread...LOL
The Athletic does it right: Give you enough to see a preview of the content, then you're boned unless you pony up.
...and it worked, although Im only paying $1 for 3 months- 1

Now that Herbert isn't leaving OR, theres a great chance a team needing a QB makes Ballard an offer he cannot turn down.
-
Some excerpts for those who cannot read:
It included an impassioned speech from the first-round pick. Quenton Nelson had the guts to address the entire team six games into his career, and that stuck with the veterans in the room. “From that day on, I knew that kid was gonna be a special player,” one teammate remembers, “just because of how much he cares.”
...
Goode, a Super Bowl champion with the Eagles in 2017, called it “a reality check.”
He goes on. “These young guys needed to know that all these games we were losing wasn’t because of talent.”
...
The meeting is what Chris Ballard has craved from the minute he took the job: a locker room that polices itself, one that’s governed by veterans, the discipline of their daily approach heeded by the up-and-coming talent. A player is not only responsible to his coaches, but to his teammates. “You can’t buy a locker room,” Ballard said all the way back in January 2017, the day he was introduced as general manager.
...
It was Luck, fed up with his team’s sleepy first half on Sunday, who called them to the carpet during intermission. The Colts were in the locker room so long they nearly missed the second-half kickoff, but no matter.

Some of us may have gone beyond the "30 free articles" and just need to click the link after leaving the modem off all night then all day while at work which resets your public IP address for tracking purposes with Indy Star

I think losing to the Jets, a clearly inferior team
I think losing to the Eagles, who were ripe to pick off
I think coughing up the ball against CincyThose 3 games mean more than losing in OT to the Texans. They just do.

i will save moderators the work of editing/removing my post by using a gif instead of words in the thought of Flus leaving so soon

On November 16th, 2003 Adam Vinatieri was the kicker for the Patriots shut-out win over Dallas. He completed 2 field goals, missing one extra point in a 12-0 victory.
On December 16th, 2018 Adam Vinatieri finished 3/3 on field goals, with 2 extra points in a 23-0 victory over the Dallas Cowboys.
Btw: Adam was 30 years old during that last shut-out win over Dallas.

Proposal: All references to Bayless should be carried out only in gifs and memes with minimal actual text. This way, we can further explore the depths of life on the internet. I'll start.

And have already let Grigson go. That happened long before this season even started.
I think he’s scouting for Seattle now... but not positive.
I think Grigs would be the perfect foil to Gruden out in Oakland/Vegas. MAKE IT HAPPEN, FOOTBALL GODS!!! -

I dont want him in Green Bay. I love the Packers too much to see that Franchise die

I thought most people expected a ceiling of 9 wins this year. I was expecting a 7-9 personally. Ive seen nothing, especially after last week with the too narrow win over the Dolphins, that would realistically convince me otherwise yet. Do I think we can finish 10-6? Yes. But, only if they're perfect. Without Kelly and Doyel, I dont see that happening. We're seeing the value of both right now

Just wait for Reich to roll him out as an H Back. We’ll finally get to see the double reverse H Back pass from Haeg to Glowinski that we’ve all been waiting for.
I... I... I didnt... I didnt know I needed this in my life. But.... now?
I cant live without this

Should read the entire twitter feed: TLDR: With the lead, the Colts were beyond predictable with their playcalling, and made 0 adjustments throughout the entire season
