So i was watching the final 3 games of the Ravens last year and i noticed how Harbaugh made little additions to his offense to cater towards Jackson even tho that same offense was built for Flacco. Then you look at this year and notice the huge success coming from Jackson with the offense fully geared towards all his strengths. If some how Frank can add the right kind of additional plays for these final two games for JB then next year should be quite interesting once the offense gets made to fully support him if that is the QB Frank decides to roll with. Keep in mind this offense is still built for Luck so it is possible we may have a slightly new look offense next year.

Frank need to pull off a good draft pick for QB or trade a 3 or 4th for Cam lol

Even Doug Marone benched multi million dollar QB Nick Foles for being ineffective, in favor of their rookie.

The Colts management needs to show the fans they will do the same.

The same management than didn’t have the balls to cut Vinny or IR is killed us early in the season

Today is a prime example on how stubborn Frank and matt can be when it comes to play calling....zone coverage is getting beat bad and they stick with it....we had 4 turnovers and frank did nothing to keep the aggressiveness going he went soft on the play calling with the inside runs but the bucs are dominated on the inside so why even call that play??? Smh just pathetic

We don’t have man corners tbh ,

just because he takes care of the ball doesn't make him a good QB

What is good to you someone who put stats up or someone who wins ? Jacoby has played winning football for us and if not for Adam would be 8-2 this season at least

Not every team gets a Luck, Watson, Mahomes. Sometimes you get Alex Smith, go win.

These guys make it seem like it’s easy to fine and MVP qb, like how long did teams have to lose and how many bust first round pick QBs before they land a good QB then when they get them what have they done other put stats up ?

So upgrade several positions, instead of just one?

MVP qb don’t grow on trees it’s easier to have a good qb who takes care of football and surround him with great team than trying to fine MVP qb with nothing around him look at the luck era we was no better of with the MVP qb let’s build a great all around solid team and I think we will win a lot of games

focusing on the run doesn't mean you get to just abandon the passing game. we still need to be able to do something if a teams shuts down our run game we haven't really shown we can do that with JB and his 4 yard passes every week.

You our right we need more weapons on offense , Hilton is hobbled , Mack is out , ebron is inconsistent and the other wideouts don’t put no fear in anyone heart , Doyle is Doyle do everything type player

I wouldn't call Brissett inexperienced.  He's a good, not great, QB.  The way this team is constructed, an MVP quality QB is needed.  When Luck bailed you had to figure that this is what the team would be.

We don’t need MVP qb we need Te with consistent hand (not ebron) better receiving deep threat or big body wr , some better corner back play and we will be fine ,

Hoyers performance was terrible precisely because he threw picks and his completion percentage was poor.  Its not because of the lack of yardage.

We are 6 and 3 with JB.  We were 8 and 8 with an 85% Luck for a couple of years.

We need improvement in other areas before we need to think about trying to find the next Luck.  JMO.  We need a better team anyway.  Its not good enough to do much in the playoffs even with a 100% Luck.

Yup people act like our Franchise QB didn’t retire , jacoby has done a good job even Tom Brady the GOAT hasn’t set the world on fire at all this year it has been all defense with the pats , fans need to give him some time

Were not out of the playoffs yet. JB is 6 and 3. We lost on the road, to a good team, on a short week. Maybe if we lose next game.

I know right every single game jacoby has played we have had a chance to win , Vinny cost us 2-3 games with his stuff and hoyer cost us 2 . The Nfl is full of good teams having a chance to win every week is all you can ask for we not gonna go out there an score 50 points we a way ahead in our rebuild

we dont just lose games we struggle to win and we lose to average and terrible teams. JB struggles almost every week its become a problem

You knew what type of football team we was since week one a running football team that relies on a good o line ,that plays solid defense , limits turn overs and penalties to win the game. You knew we was not gonna be a offensive power house scoring 30+ a game we have a new inexperienced Qb etc... so this is who I knew we would be except I didn’t expect Vinny to cost us 2-3 games and hoyer costing us 2

Exactly.  Most of our previous QBs looked great gunslinging themselves out of a hole they dug by first gunslinging interceptions.

The team is being built differently, IMO.  I doubt that we will spend a lot of capital to get a gunslinging 1st round QB any time soon.  The point is to be in games at the end.  Not to be an offensive showpiece.

Yet, we can do better if we had better players, IMO.

Last night, what player on the offense is the result of the highest capital investment by Ballard?

    Nelson, a G.

Next is JB, a 3rd rounder.  Then maybe Ebron, with "only" a $5MM compensation level.

That's whay the offense looks the way it does.  Its unfair to lay it all off on JB.

If you want to go all in on trying to get the next Andrew Luck, we could move up to take the next college sensation.  What's his name ?  Is it Marcus Mariota, Sam Darnold, or Josh Rosen? (scarcasm)

Exactly people care more about looking good than actually winning games , I bet if jacoby threw 4td 2 int 400 yards and we lost by 20 people wouldnt care , but the fact is we had a chance to win the game we took care of the football but came up short of not for Adam and Hoyer having to play we would realistically be looking at 1 or to loses right now. That being said we are what we are a 6-5 football team. But we are close we have a lot of young guys getting better by the day out best player in TY was hobbled and second best player Mack was out , ebron is to inconsistent we need to move on from him tbh I rather Doyle get more snaps

except they arent that good they have one of the worst pass Ds in the league.

your the one complaining about drops lol

Your gonna lose games it happens , would Jacoby like to have some throws back sure would ty like to have some of them catches again yea ,

Sadly, this is the reality with Jacoby at QB. Defense played well, running game was on point, Adam hit all his kicks. This is why I have never thought Jacoby was more than a game manager. I miss Andrew.

How many game managements got super bowl rings vs stats QBs , Rodgers , brees , Etc... we lost a game not the end of the world Texans a good football team they beat us tonight it is what it is

JB doesn't throw the ball unless you are WIDE open

    reads too slow...

need to beat other teams and hope Houston loses some games

And we have been in every game this is his first year starting give him a break , I rather him take care of football and give us chance to win

Here is my dilemma, in reviewing the snap counts for the year so far, our Pro-Bowl tight end from a year ago has roughly 185 less snaps than Jack Doyle. Ok, I can understand that I guess because Jack is steady and was a Pro- Bowler 2 years ago. Now the best part, Mr. Ebron has actually played less snaps then Dion Cain!!

I would love to know how many he got this past Sunday, because the trend appears to be less and less.

His drops have cost him playing time for sure, my question is this, Is it all performance related ??

Ebron has inconsistent hands point blank drops the easy ones and catches the hard ones
