I mean, our secondary is a huge question mark, there are pass rush concerns, pass protection concerns, only one proven wideout, and a very raw rookie QB.
Don’t forget Taylor wasn’t good last year , shaq who knows if he gonna play …. We have to prove it I’m fine with the rankings

Is it just me, or do others share their own concern as to why on earth we haven't signed a free agent veteran guard yet?
I really feel that protecting our new franchise QB should be plan 1 and 1A
Who is still left out there that could really help that void?
Probably because we not in win now mode so rather let the young guys battle it out and get better for the future

I think AR will start all season and he won't do that great but if he doesn't show signs that he'll get better we will have a top 5 pick again and like everybody else had said the QB coming out next year has way more value. So we may draft another QB and flip AR! The NFL is a win now league so it sucks for AR but again NFL is what have you done for me now!
It’s funny that every year we talk about how good the next year qbs are. Then when that time comes it’s the same thing about the next year qbs.

I know I hate international games because it's hard on the team with all the hours of travel it takes. The timing of game in our time is hard on players I wish the NFL would stop doing this. Will never be as popular over there as soccer is so let it go.
Yea it’s a thing for the players. But if the game is going to keep growing they have to go internationally to pull fans in from all over. Maybe in the future it might be an international team / league. We might get a team or division added from Europe or something. Since teams go there anyway never know

It’s no person I’m scared of on that schedule we gonna win atleast 10 games

Bradley said Kenny was right and coaches need to have the players around the ball more. This was an excellent turnover team on defense in 21. Fell off a cliff last year. Hopefully Bradley in his second year will know his players better and put them in a better position to succeed.
To his credit Kenny sounded humble and ready to earn his role from his press conference. But the scheme is the scheme and can’t change everything for just one person

Nice effort. I like it! I can see Strachan and Cox traded for late picks before the season starts instead of just cutting them. I think Mallory makes the team, and I do think Witt will hit the PS, but get claimed. We are almost 100% in agreement here except I have Mallory on the 53 over Brown. I think Ogletree will be healthy.
Cox is to slow for explosive offensive scheme

Was thinking along these very lines. Four young QB's in the division - all with real potential.
Lawrence - JAX
Richardson - INDY
Stroud - HOUS
Levis - TENN
In a couple of years this division could be talked about in the same way as the AFC West.
Out of these QBs I think Lawrence and Richardson could be in best situation. They are paired with Offensive HC and they won’t have to worry about new systems unlike Strouds & Levis who are playing for defensive HC. Not saying that won’t translate to wins for them but as we seen with luck he could have been so much better if he was paired with say a Andy Reid type HC vs chuck pagano

Minshew has plenty of experience starting in this league and with Steichen.
I like him as the back up to AR. They worked together etc… and he knows the system. For the record I wasn’t advocating for foles to stay. I think he should be cut. I was just playing devils advocate as to why he might still be on roster as a vet camp arm etc… But by no means do I think he should be on team pass that. And I (me personally)still wouldn’t call minshew a vet he is only 26 with what 4 years in and 32 games or so. He still a young player in my books.

You have Minshew for that. Don't need Foles

Bradley’s scheme is thought by some to be a little dated. It demands outstanding S play to cover C3s inherent weakness n the alleys.
Gus did say that he is gonna evolve the scheme and do some different things. The reality of the Situation no matter what scheme we run if the pass rush doesn’t get better and players stay healthy we won’t be good. Think of the commanders game when Gilmore had to cover for what felt like and eternity.

Colts filled some holes during the draft, but some positions still need work.
RG - I said it in another thread we're most likely signing a vet G after not drafting one. Some Gs still on the market are Gabe Jackson and Trai Turner.
LB - This mostly depends on Shaq, but LBer is thin in terms of playing time after Franklin and Speed. Jojo was good on STs, but depth is lacking.
CB - Yes they drafted three, but we're putting a lot of pressure on Brents and two day three corners to produce especially with Kenny and Rodgers going into their contract years.
LT - It seems Raimann is the LT going forward which is fine, but there's very little proven depth behind him. Currently the only Ts on the roster for depth are O'Donnell and Jordan Murray.

If I had to guess
AR - 5
Brents - 7
Downs - 1
Freeland - 73 or 76
Ade - 55
Rush - 29
Scott - 40
Mallory - 84
Hull - 26
Leo - 91
Jones - 9 after we cut Foles. No clue why he's still on the team.
Witt - 73 or 76
Foles might be a camp body to help younger players , he not good but he a vet that atleast been around awhile , so he might be good in classroom stuff

I liked Downs leading up to the draft, but I didn’t watch a ton of tape because I didn’t expect him to be available. From what I’ve watched last night and this morning, the first two names that popped into my head literally were Welker and Edelman. Am I crazy for thinking that? I’ll admit, I haven’t watched a lot, but those were the first guys he reminded me of, with how he moves in his routes to get open.
Yea man I was thinking the same thing with just how fluid and open he gets ,

Lacks top end speeds as do all our corners but that's why they are later picks. Good zone corner traits
Not Rodgers , but yea I like to have some of these tall guys to help corner some of the new age TEs that we are gonna see

A lot has , the draft hit rate isn’t high for all team I think.

Was really hoping to get one of Flowers, Hyatt or Downs, but didn’t see any of them getting past round 2. This is an absolute steal.
Hyatt is like what we have already in Alec so I like this different flavor or WR ,
