  1. Again man read the post and the key word in there. It's childish to paint a picture of a man as a murderer when he is fact not one. Try going through your life with that weight on your shoulders when you didn't take someone's life away but there are those always going around acting and saying that you did it or they think you did it. It's an insult to the man when he did not take a life away yet people think and or say he did. You'd think people would be above these things but they aren't at it seems you aren't either. It's pathetic that people paint this picture of Lewis still and it's nothing but an insult to him and the victims.

I don't think ray killed anyone, but he didn't do the victims any favors.

  2. There was enough evidence to prove to me and most of the sports world he was a killer. But whatever, I guess you can draw your own opinion.

One mans account, a guy who refused to cooperate with authorities? Why? He could have sued Harrison for millions. He chose to come forward later.

    Why?

The guy who was killed was a drug dealer. I'm sure he dealt with a lot of criminals. Any if which could have killed him

  3. If you deal in facts the Ray Lewis didn't kill a guy by your logic. He was charged with obstruction of justice not murder therefore he is not a murderer right? I mean, those are the facts...

I never once called him a murderer. Others have, not me. I said he stalled the prosecution of the guys that did the killing

  4. We can sit here and argue technicalities all day if you like, but regardless both were accused and neither were charged. If being charged was such a big deal to you then why continue to accuse Lewis? He wasn't charged.

Actually he was charged with obstruction if justice, and he plead guilty.

  5. I didn't say Lewis didn't kill a guy. I fully believe he killed a guy. I was pointing out the hypocrisy of some of the fan base for flaming Ravens fans for cheering for him but at the same time shrugging of what Harrison was accused of doing.

But good job jumping to conclusions and calling me stupid though. Nice to know people can keep it classy around here.

Actually neither ray or Marvin have been legally accused of murder
  6. I was referring to the fact that eventually the ringing might become a permanent feature.

It's just a game - I'd bring earplugs if it was "that" loud and I went frequently. Seriously.

It's the same ringing i used to get from concerts at market square.. Another really loud venue

  7. Key word THINKING. THINKING you are fine, is just an excuse. I cannot defend a murdering scum bag. It don't matter if it was 6 hours later or not, he knew he had been drinking and he was not responsible. If he wasn't an NFL player, he would have got a bigger sentence. Number 1, he was already over the speed limit, numebr 2, he had been drinking. He is a murdering thug who deserved a life sentence and got by with it because he was an NFL player. I refuse to defend a murderer no matter what, and I used to love Donte Stallworth. When he played for the Saints, I thought he was a great receiver.

man slaughter and murder are not the same thing. One is intentional the other is not..

  8. Guy gets shot. Guy lives. Says Marvin did it. Marvin had been seen stomping this guy out in a parking lot. That same guy turns up dead 3 months later. The shooting happened near a car wash Harrison owned and the bullets were fired from his own gun. Yeah no evidence whatsoever...

    So why wasn't he charged?

  9. Because, I unlike most here, feel that Manning was greedy with his time here, and he may have been the reason we were in contention for so many Rings, but he is also the reason we only have one. He did do lot's of positive things for the city of Indianapolis that I can't speak to, as I live in NY, but while Tom Brady was out there taking pay cuts to get his team some top tier WR's, Manning was greedy.

I feel that Manning was offered a deal to re-work his contract to come back as a Colt, but he wanted big money, and he wanted to continue to get big money, and he wanted the monstrosity that Indianapolis had in the front office / coaching to stay in place. Everyone else crucifies the Colts for letting Manning go, but I see it differently, I believe he was given the opportunity to come back, and compete for the Starting QB job, a job which he would have won, if he took an incentive based deal because of his neck injuries.

If Manning could do it all over again, I think he would have stayed, he thought we would be "rebuilding" and bottom of the barrel, with no talent to surround himself with and, he wanted to win a superbowl. Kinda selfish if you ask me, showing no respect for an organization that made you the highest paid player in the NFL, and even paid 25 mil for you to sit out an entire season. If it were Tom Brady, he would have showed loyalty to his team, and found common ground they could both have worked out. Reggie Wayne stayed loyal to the Colts, he came back, and he flourished in the face of adversity, can't say the same for Manning.

Some might say, Luck was too good to sit for 3 years, well you might be right, but the fact is, he was willing to do it.

But, what is done is done. Like I said I have no ill-will towards Manning. I don't like who he is as a person, but he is a hell of a football player. I'm not rooting for him, because of the departure that left a sour taste in my mouth.

As for Denver, I've had my run in with my fair share of Broncos fans, arrogant and bitter. I also don't like Elway, or his attitude.

There are people out there, tons of them, that think Manning got the short end of the stick, and was pushed out of Indianapolis, but I think it went the other way, and I'm not alone.

There has been plenty of evidence to the contrary to your opinion.

  10. Reading some articles this morning, Dan Snyder is getting some flack because of the poor field condition. I guess what people are saying is, if the field didn't suck, maybe RG3 doesn't tweak his knee on that one play when he fumbled.

I'm guessing the coach has more to do with field conditions than does the coach. Wasn't belichick known for wanting the grass to be longer when facing fast receivers?

  11. Marvin Harrison killed a guy too. Didn't hear many people get mad when he was inducted into the Ring of Honor.

Why wasn't he charged with any crime? Probably because there wasn't any evidence
