I think Lamar will be either passing or running a lot this game. JK Dobbins is out for the year. Justice Hill will miss this game I believe. Really just leaves Gus Edwards on a full workload (which I don't know if he can do). I can see Lamar scrambling a lot to make up for the lack of a running game. Beckham is out too, so we may do slightly better Vs the pass. Flowers and Bateman are ok, Andrews is the real problem IMO.

All of this said, the weather may be lousy, so it could come down to a running game matchup with Edwards Vs Moss, which if that's the case, then I like our odds better (not nearly as much with Richardson).

    Sounds pretty accurate.

If it does get slick, the outcome could hinge on a player or two slipping or not slipping at a precise moment.

Wet footballs can lead to a timely turnover as well.

My dad literally bought that axe from the flea market 3 weeks ago for $3 lol! haha Same yellow handle and everything!

Not as easy as a mechanical splitter, but will split most logs with less than 3 strikes.

    To stay on topic,

While I am not happy for A.R. to miss this game, I am looking forward to seeing the Stache play against a better team like the Ravens. Also, can our D contain Jackson, force him to throw, and can our secondary step up?

I've been a Colts fan since the early Manning days.  My dad was a Unitas fan,  and he liked the Colts.  What really drew me to the Colts was when Manning was facing off with Steve McNair.  Not sure which game, but we were losing,  and Manning led an awesome drive to come back.  While he did score,  we ultimately lost.   But I knew in that moment,  he was a very special QB.  My favorite game was versus Tampa Bay, where we were down 2 or 3 scores with about 4 minutes left,  and we won on Monday night football.  Harrison was also magical to watch.

I remember those days well. You never felt the Colts were going to lose, until there was no time left on the clock.

If I remember correctly, that Tampa game you referenced, was played on Tony Dungey's birthday, and was his first time back in Tampa after his firing.

I do remember a lot of fans of both teams shut the game off and woke up to a surprise outcome. As soon as the game ended, around midnight or later my best friend called me asking " Did you just see that $****! "  Good times.

My second one knocked me out cold. I was running along the sideline for a first down, and a linebacker clocked me on the side of the head. I didn’t even see him coming. I still have migraines to this day most likely because of that hit.

Sorry you have lingering issues. So far I haven't noticed anything.

One of my friends had to retire at age 59, because of dementia type symptoms that were related to brain injuries. Can't say that he sustained all of em on the football field, but he was a 2 way starter for 4 years in high school.

After both of my bad concussions in high school, I had to spend a week in a dark room each time. Reading was limited as well as screen time (tv, computer, etc.).

The worst I had was from a bicycle wreck when I was 14. I hit a dog that darted in front of me and it sent over the handle bars.

I was still out when somebody found me and took me home. I puked and had a bad headache for a few days.  Couldn't do much for a week or so.

Had a couple during H.S. football years, but then it was just called getting your bell rung. Remember my ears ringing for a day or two, but didn't miss school or practice, so obviously not severe,

Maybe the above examples will help to explain some of my weird behavior.
