Except colts are weak there so there is a very good chance they do. Especially after Ballard said it needs upgraded. -
Not really good draft compensation if it’s a team picking in the low twenties. And I doubt Pittman would leave for a team that wasn’t considered in Super Bowl contention.

Zach hicks has a story and from what he heard at the combine he expects colts to go after a safety or two in FA. Mentioned it’s a good class there.

Steichen will be on the radio with JMV in about ten minutes. -
As long as Pittman still participates in OTA because having him working with Richardson this offseason is very important. Hard to believe but off season workouts start just a few days after the draft. Steichen was very adamant in his presser today that he wants Pittman back. He will be on the radio at 5 o’clock too.

I just watched that Ballard nfl network interview. He did mention that they would use this week to work on guys they want back. So hopefully some deals do get done now before Monday. Chris jones wasn’t tagged either. I doubt he goes anywhere.

Aiyuk was the only one I could think of because he isn’t a FA. I guess Jefferson isn’t either since they have the fifth year. Pittman is just a step below them.

Does anyone know who the WR are thst are up for new contracts. I can only think of guys who will be on their fifth year options and aren’t FA.

The draft is loaded so the only teams o could see that might want to show him an offer are teams expected to make a SB run. Probably only ones he would want to leave for too.

Well that’s good to know then. Likd I said the biggest worry for me is he requests a trade after seeing the offers. I am pretty sure Ballard would say no.

Does anyone know how many of the tags given out today were exclusive or non exclusive.

I am hopeful Ballard would not trade him for less and just match it. We have seen teams pay way over what they should to get a player so o think there is just a lot of mistrust still with Ballard.

I will say Ballard would probably never trade Pittman for less than those two firsts. So I do get that.

It’s not the exclusive tag so yes there is a chance. What happens if bills or chiefs come calling and he says I want out.

The one good thing is this draft is loaded at WR so teams are probably morr likely to draft a WR then spend big bucks.

Anytime you let your player have the opportunity to talk to other teams there is a chance.

I don’t believe this is entirely correct. From what I understand he is still colts property until wed. So Monday team could offer him a deal and colts could trade him for less then those 2 picks.

Pittman is the best WR on the market. This is a huge mistake by the colts. Letting your best WR walk is a huge mistake. There is no one in FA that we can sign to replace him.
