I found this years so thanks for the previous years. He isn’t that far off from Chase at all. Especially when you consider all the quarterbacks. It shows he can be a down field threat with the right QB.

I think what people are hung up on is they think Pittman will get elite money like AJ. He won’t get that much. He isn’t elite. But his market value is somewhere around 23 million. No one is paying elite money.

If I asked you what Jamar Chase yards per catch was what would you say without looking it up ? I know it hurt some without burrow. He really hates Pittman. He drags him every week. I enjoy his jets to the game every week and his wrap ups after the game but he is always dragging Pittman.

Rick Venturi wants to pay Pittman TE money. Sorry Rick it doesn’t work like that.

27 doesn’t seem like many when your taking 5 to 6 per team. I get what you’re saying though. Pittman sure hands are just something that would be hard to replace.

Take off the 75 yarder and he is a little over 100. If you only allow 100 yards to one player and that’s all they have that’s pretty good. That was the only real big play. Adams was under ten yards per catch and it took a lot of targets to get there when we played LV. Texans had maybe one good drive outside the two coverage busts.

That will change next year when we have a strong armed QB. Players were able to run open because Minshew wouldn’t throw it.

Holder had a good point on JMV. If they had kept Taylor in and used play action you have the defense running towards the line of scrimmage and probably could of done anything they wanted.

That’s why I am so excited to see him with Richardson. I will never forget how good he was as a deep threat with Carson. Remembering all the under thrown balls that drew a PI still makes me laugh. He caught some big ones too.

You clearly haven’t heard Steichen talk about Pittman. Lol. There is no difference in Higgins and Pittman. They are twins.

That’s in the QB. Ravens game he did get a bomb and his helmet came off and he still caught it. Nothing wrong with adding in the draft but that doesn’t mean you subtract Pittman.

Irsay even said it probably would of been Richardson had they had the first pick.

Kevin Bowen has a good point. if you look at the list of top 15 WR they are either on teams that drafted them or were traded for. You have to get wlll the way down to Hopkins before you see a FA signing. Just something to think about for any WR that decided they want to go elsewhere. Or people who think they can just replace him with a FA. Burrow said today he structured his contract so they can keep Higgins and was promised that by the team. Doesn’t look like he will be available.

The Collin’s thing was not a coverage though. It was a busted coverage and both safeties went to the middle of the field. Same with their other TD. Both plays were because of the young safeties. This was not on Bradley. Holder just explained it very well on JMV. He goes that was the worst play in nfl history if that was an actual defensive play. Cross messed up.

Did any of you see what Doug Pederson said at his presser. He basically threw Lawrence under the bus. Said the offense was too complicated. The kid is going to be going into year 4.

You can say that but it doesn’t seem true. When he had a QB like wentz with a big arm he was a big downfield threat. He is good at the underneath stuff opening things up for others. He has had how many QB? Just curious if people thought this way about Michael Thomas? They are basically the same player. Catch everything too. Market value is market value. Can’t do anything about that.

And he won’t be the highest paid WR. But he will get market value.

Ballard will be doing a presser in the next 1 to 3 days and I am sure he will be asked about Pittman and we will get a very good idea on how he thinks.

People always say that but can’t say who would you replace him with. Richardson having his steadiness is going to be very important. 1k yard Wr Donr grow on trees.

He has a QB with a huge arm. Don’t think that is going to be an issue. Go look at when Richardson played and how spread out everything was. I don’t think Ballard is going to allow him to hit FA.

He said he likes continuity but he didn’t specifically say he is coming back. He made it sound like it will be something him and Ballard will discuss.
