Good stuff here from Steichen on AR. Like he says here he is making the right reads which is a big part of the process. Much better explanation on JT too.
Taylor had 500 yards receiving in 21. It’s a false claim he can’t catch. He had more recording yards than sermon in this game too. Plus anytime he has the ball in his hands he is a threat to score no matter where we are on the field.
Hopefully Blackmon is back this week. Pretty sure Downs will be.
Bears defense has advantage of practicing against fields for 3 years so we will see how they do against AR.
I think they were clearly trying some new things these first two games. Because that was just not normal for the rush defense. I don’t expect that to be the case this week.
Someone will have to go in for Buckner that would normally go in for Stewart. So Stewart will probably be rotated much less. We have to stop the run and force Williams into passing downs or it will be a long day.
