Yup. If you haven't noticed in other threads, I'm just as critical about TY when he does bad.
I know. I isn't really about the Johnson vs Hilton matchup.
Just using him as a reference point.
4 minutes ago, EastStreet said:I simply critiqued him because he is a 6-7-8 guy, and because the topic was he was taking snaps/development away from our younger 6-7-8 guys
Are we in developmental time though, or win now?
I think Johnson gives us better chance in the present.
If the season is a wash, get Patmon and Dulin in there.

that sideline shot was a dime and a very nice route.
It definitely was.
This has nothing to do with our back and forth, but that is what TY should of done on that play we challenged. Catch it and go to ground.

Rivers threw that ball 3 steps before Pascal turned around.

Didn't you yourself say you understood about other not getting snaps for development? That's why they are mixed feelings.
I'm very happy when MJ does well. You're acting like I'm cheering against him. Mixed feelings are mixed feelings lol
I did which I understand, but you went out of your way to critique a guy who is our 6,7,8th option.
When in actuality he has a better career catch % than our #1 WR has in his career.
We are lucky to be able to plug Johnson in there.

Alright new game.
Wish Oke would of made that play though

Notice I mentioned Hilton dropping the long one.... I'm and equal opportunity critiquer.
Just saying, MJ has that history too.
Just saying, there should be no mixed feelings about having a guy like Johnson to step in when you have injuries.
That's my only point of all of it.
Should be happy to have a guy like him we can put it

You didn't want to post that on Hilton's drop?

Not if he was going to get his feet down for that to be a catch.
If he would of laid out his foot wouldn't of came up. He tried to stay on his fét so his foot pulled up to make next step.

was someone saying he can't push it downfield?
Someone was saying they had mixed feelings on bringing Johnson in.

Getting a little creative with the wildcat.

That wasn’t on TY
He could of made that catch, he was more worried about staying on his feet.

RYS if your playing up tight, you might want to get your hands on the WR at the line....just a thought?

If he breaks off a 80 yard run you will be . Frank loves speed , as chuck said speed kills.
Taylor is pretty fast himself.

Don't be surprised if Harris steals 10 carries from Taylor today. From what I remember about him, I believe he has 4.3-4.4 speed. Just a hunch if they are calling him up.
Wont be surprised, but wouldn't be very happy about it.

Wonder where we use Harris, he can play slot wr as well as halfback, we may see him in both spots a bit today. I agree Taylor has a big day, Burton may as well.
It is kinda curious that Harris got the active tag over Fountain and Patmon.
Saw Wilkins was questionable coming in as well. So that should give Taylor more looks as well, hopefully.
I want 20+ carries for Taylor today.
