Matt Ryan became the eighth player in NFL history to surpass 60,000 career passing yards in Sunday's game. Achieving the feat in his 223rd NFL game, Ryan is the second-fastest player to reach that milestone.

It's never better to fall apart. Never.....as in n....e....v....e....r. It destroys teams from the inside out. You can't install a winning culture, while not doing everything to win.

1) You and I seem have to see character in a different light. So be it. Also, diva's create an unbalanced locker room when it comes to the locker room bond. It is a bad thing. It is the sole reason the Cowboys will never return to greatness with Jones. He likes rock star players. Most...are divas. 2) Feel free to point your finger at what you call wasted picks. I'll wait and see. It's what you do. 3)True.

#1 Drafting and maintaining a roster that displays high character, drive, and perseverance. #2 Assembling a staff that is very good at development so that the G.M. has to use FA as a fill in only. #3 Forming a team that is competitive perpetually.

If one chooses, they can use many analyses, points of logic, and comparisons to question the validity of every single G.M. both past and present. Every.....single....one. I guess it comes down to each fans reason for participation on this site. I am here solely to share positive vibes about the team I have followed for 50 years+. I am not here to demand change, nor to point out flaws to justify my precious dedication as a fan, or to display my amazing knowledge as a couch G.M. I love rooting for the team, believing regardless of the outlook or indicated future, and feeling joy about every season. It's wicked fun!

If Grigson had been more successful at putting an o-line around Luck, Andrew would have still held on to the ball too long, looked for the big play, and gotten himself hurt. If Luck had done more to help by working on and improving his short game, it would have made the Colts better, but not good enough to overcome Grigson's G.M. abilities. I blame them both.

Yes, I thought of that. Perhaps minimum carries at the position. Another angle in the opposite side of the coin would be to set a limit on carries per year or total up to the one year short point......to keep teams from riding the kids into the ground before they get that one big contract. I know....issues with every suggestion, but at this juncture, RB's are getting a lesser opportunity than other positions at getting that second contract.

The Colts had a lead in 15 NFL games last season (tied for second most in the league)

I feel that RB's should have one year less on their rookie deals because of this very thing.
