A tough call, Id say with Lawrence hurt and likely missing multiple games better for Jags to lose as we can now catch and pass them in the standings next couple weeks.

Btw, I don't believe that I had known that CJ's grandfather had died. The broadcast said "the late" Bobby Beathard. I see that he died earlier this year. I think Bobby Beathard should be in the Hall of Fame if he is not already.
They have Nathan Rourke who is coming off an amazing CFL season, he had workouts for 12 NFL clubs.

Glad committee rewarded unbeaten Liberty with the spot was worried SMU would somehow get in (Losing by 17 to a TCU (5-7) Power 5 team was mentioned as a plus.....it definitely was not,). Some mentioned Liberty's weak schedule BUT they beat New Mexico State twice who blew out Auburn a week before Auburn went down to the wire vs Bama soooo that obviously played a factor. They return a lot of their talent as of now so could be even better. Jamey Chadwell can coach (went 31-6 last 3 seasons at Coastal Carolina) and could be building a dynasty there.

Dont think Jones is going to go from his current CB 1 down to CB 5 with as well as he has been playing and developing unless he falls off a cliff rest of the season. Think we may have bigger plans for Ronnie Harrison after spending all season bulking him up and then cutting Leonard so he could see the field and when he does promptly gets a crucial pick but we shall see.
Appreciate the time put in for this post, a lot of good research.

Thought we may bring up Agim up as our 2nd player this game to provided another big body to slow Henry down. We need a solid game from Eric Johnson and Bryan need to factor in. I think we can get pressure from Dayo and Ebukam and can get a couple picks. Not worried about the run game Moss has fresh legs with JT taking so many snaps last few games and recent bye week. Hope we use Mallory like last week maybe even more he looked very good.

I'd take it, i think they beat them straight up honestly. In 1 game anything can happen as we saw Bama upset Georgia BUT again bama barely beat two god awful teams that FSU would run over.......

Schedule has to mean something and FSU beat more teams headed to Bowls then ANY squad in the entire nation. They did it with a D that has been dominant. They just held the #13 ranked team in the nation to 6 points with a 3rd string QB making his first start.
No their 3rd stringer isnt starting the playoff game in fact he almost didnt start yesterday came down to minutes before and Tate Rodemaker dressed and was taking throws on the field just didnt feel right. He would be ready to go as early as next week if they had a game.
ACC was solid (Beat SEC in their annual series 6-4 this year) it's not like committee is discussing an unbeaten Sun Belt Champion.
No unbeaten Power 5 has been left out and none ever will as expanding to 12 teams next year.
Committee has to go by what happened on the field......it comes down to Bama vs Texas and Texas won at Bama, Bama barely beat a bad Auburn team just a week ago (Same team that NM state destroyed a week earlier) and they beat Arkansas (4-8) by 3 points so it wasnt just 1 bad week by bama it was Multiple so just cant see them jumping the Longhorns.

Think one debate put to rest with Tulane loss, Liberty punches their ticket . People may knock Liberty schedule but they beat New Mexico State twice same club that beat Auburn in Auburn a week before Auburn took Bama down to the wire, Case closed on this one.
Have a feeling Saban on the phone with Brohm and Louisville to save SEC skin, Iowa could as well if they beat Michigan convincingly BUT.....

So far, Trey Sermon hasn't shown much, albeit in the few, limited snaps he has taken.
If our O line grinds Titans down think either Sermon or Goodson can get nice yards late. Sermon has power, Goodson has speed. Both an upgrade over the Deon Jackson and jake Funk types.

If Bama holds on and beats Georgia the SEC better pray for FSU to lose if not........1)Mich 2)Wash 3)FSU 4)Texas....with 5)Bama and 6)Georgia sitting this one out. No way an unbeaten Power 5 gets left out and Texas win over Bama pretty much clinches things.
