Always backed him and even defended him when some thought Dallas Flowers was the better option to start, now does he need more polish ? 100% and would have been glad to add more help to that CB room (Still do though David Long may turn out to be a nice add once he learns the play book).

Much better throughout his career when he has played outside as opposed to slot even though his body type would suggest the opposite. On paper an upgrade over Flowers even though Flowers has so few snaps we still really dont know what we have yet. Flowers hopefully regains his pre injury burst, we havent quite seen that yet.

Davis is rounding into playing shape after being out so long due to blood pressure, had a very solid game. Tomi had a nice sack he is developing. Downs showed no restriction which is nice. We saw Bryan do something positive for once.

I agree Downs coming back will jump start the lay ups for AR and let AD go back outside where he feels more comfortable. On D while Buck is a loss I think Stewart would have been a bigger loss because not sure Davis would be ready to fill Grove's shoes while I think Dayo and Tomi can at least perform (Bryan Ive given up on hope front office has as well). Jax and Tenn also both 0-2 and likely about to go 0-3 so a win puts us in 2nd. We played 2 Corners 44% of the times yesterday, Womack had 20 snaps while Flowers 19 when we went with 3. Carliles had 31 snaps playing 44% of the downs. I expect David Long to start getting Corner snaps now that he will have been here close to 3 weeks by game time. Surprised Rodney Thomas got so many snaps as opposed to Harrison,
