  1. He has a world of talent but I know when i watched Georgia this year he had some struggles. It is possible his tape doesn't quite match his upside/potential. I still think he has immense upside worth gambling on. But he definitely has some things to clean up that will get him killed at the next level. I would gladly trade up here to take him in a heartbeat using a 4 + 5 if we could.
  2. Take away his overall size and he is still a CB guy He has elite traits....just not elite size. I love love love it
  3. All damn good players to target too. Sorry brother. i hope you land some more guys that you want as the draft goes on
  4. He is such a clean prospect. Outside of the size and the "doesn't take the top off a defense" stuff, he could legit be the type of productive slot guy that hangs in the league for 2-3 contracts Great value in the mid third!
  5. dammmmmmn i never thought we would take him with his size but he is freaking electric! That is a fantastic slot pick!
  6. he is so dang massive i dont know.....probably not. but he would maul people at RT....just have to deal w speed a bit better especially benders.....it is hard for a guy his size to bend at the waist... like robert mathis always says....OT hate blocking below their waist. But he is so big and long he can recover well
  7. I am not 100% sure how we would adjust....since i have long said Braden is a great RT and we need to stop trying to move him inside and all....but man....I would love Dawand manning RT and scooting Braden inside....especially for the running game
  8. Tillman is probably the WR that i think could end up being the most complete guy. But all the guys that track the "Colts type of guys" have been saying Tyler Scott So I wouldn't hate on either of them lol
  9. I think its a foot injury they are citing. Was the first i heard of it when i heard it being a reason he might be flagged and falling Agreed, And he has some change of direction issues and grabiness to clean up. But man he would be fun.
  10. Man we are 8 picks away and there are like 15-20 guys i would be happy with lol Ringo is probably the one I still want most. But man, I would love to add specifically one of Ringo/Rush/Tillman/Hyatt/Zavala/Dawand Washington at TE lingering due to medicals is crazy too.
  11. I mean Hooker shouldnt play this year And Jamo is trying to do everything he can to seemingly make it so he cant play this year. So 2024......? lol
  12. I really like Tank Dell and hate that he landed in Houston. Boooooooo
  13. Hooker to Jameson Williams in the future is gonna be fire. Great deep threat and great deep ball thrower
  14. I know and we will get some depth there. There are guys out there still that could easily start. there is some serious talent left: OL Dawand Jones Blake Freeland Nick Saldiveri Jaelyn Duncan Chandler Zavala Braeden Daniels Emil Ekiyor Andrew Vorhees (even if a redshirt year) Atonio Mafi Jon Gaines Luke Wypler WR Cedric Tillman Jalin Hyatt AT Perry Tyler Scott Tank Dell Josh Downs Michael Wilson Trey Palmer CB Kelee Ringo Darius Rush Cory Trice Garrett Williams Riley Moss Jakorian Bennett There is lottttttts of talent left at positions of need.
  15. I have to admit that I thought the 2nd round went as well as possible for the Colts Everyone knew they had to get a CB or two this draft. And knew it was a deep draft at CB but some really top-notch guys were falling. I had a very, very slight preference of Ringo to Brents.....but Brents was always, always, always the more likely Colts player w his traits. So you put him in a secondary where he can be coached up by Milus and i think its a fantastic pick To get an additional 4 and 5 just for moving down 9 spots is killer. I still would like to see another CB and then interior OL and slot WR help. But we are loaded in mid round picks with (2) 4s and (4) 5s That is a lot of dart throws for Ballard and team and also those 5s make it easy to move up in the 3rd if someone we have high is lingering. Happy so far
  16. Trading down to likely net an extra 4th is probably the most likely. I doubt we can get an extra 3 out of it unless we move wayyyyyyy down. But still, this second round is deeeeep. If we just stay and pick, my top priorities in order would likely be: Kelee Ringo John Michael Schmitz Dawand Jones Brian Branch Joey Porter Jr Cody Mauch O'Cyrus Torrence Julius Brents Michael Mayer Matt Bergeron Steve Avila Jonathan Mingo That is a minimum of 12 guys deep that i would put a low 1st or high 2nd round grade on and be super happy to get. So if we can move back 5-10 picks and net an extra 4th I would be psyched....provided we still landed one of those 12 guys or so.
  17. I really, really wanna know who was the person at 5:50 asking AR how he thought Frank Reich would mentor him? and then asked it again when AR basically was like "Frank Reich?"....you could hear others in the room saying "wrong team" lol that had to be embarrassing as all hell lol
  18. So that ends round one. Some elite elite talent left Levis and Hooker. Dawand. Branch. Mayer. Porter Jr. Ringo. Torrence. Avila. Washington. Brents. Schmitz. I could definitely see merit in trading back and getting an additional 4 or so to do so.
  19. There are good OL out there Torrence, Avila, Schmitz on the interior Bergeron and Dawand Jones outside. I know the colts liked Dawand a lot and had M.Brown scouting Georgia hard But I would love to get Ringo/Porter/Brents at 35
  20. Sweet Baby Jesus Eagles grab Nolan Smith to go with Jalen Carter and add them to Jordan Davis.....basically stole the entire Georgia elite DL lol
