Yeah I don’t get Frank’s fascination with Hines up the middle. They want him to be something they have in Taylor...

The use of Taylor and the running game is puzzling.
This is what I don't get... we see what works and what doesn't.
TY on intermediate routes is working beautifully. PA passes to the RB on the outside is working beautifully.
Short passes/screens are not working. Hines/Wilkins up the middle is not working. Yet Reich keeps calling Hines up the middle...
Just do what works until they commit to stopping it! Feed TY on the intermediate routes, and get the ball to the RBs on the edge.

Still believe in the D? Another good offense another poor 1st half performance. Glad to see the addition of a dominant 3 technique and Ballard's drafting on D is paying dividends.
Are you sarcastically acknowledging the egregious holding that's not being called?
Our defense is being repeatedly held, yet it's never called, while the Colts get called for holding if they so much as look at the opponent the wrong way...

TY Hilton already has 100 receiving yards, in the 1st half alone!
I have a reservation for six at the Hilton in Houston.

Stop blaming the refs. The defense is giving up easy completions and not getting Watson to the ground. The refs aren't letting this no name WR put up yards against them
No, the refs are letting the Texans OLine get away with holds that allow Watson to scramble and find the open guy.
So yeah, I'm gonna keep blaming the refs. They've been egregiously screwing the Colts for three weeks straight and I'm sick of it.
The refs call a fair game and it's a runaway win for the Colts.

So does the NFL think they need the refs to make Colts games close games for the fans to be interested?
Is the Colts blowing out an opponent not "interesting" enough?
Because that's what's happening right now. Colts should be up three scores and getting the ball to start the 2nd half...

Holding, Peyton Manning, Texans offense gets a free play without the Colts D on the field

Why is it every week the holding calls go against us?
^This times a million^
Colts have been getting bull-dung calls from the refs all year, but the last three weeks has been egregious with the numerous holding calls on the Colts combined with the numerous holding calls NOT called on the opponent...
And I'm not usually one to complain about the refs, either, but this is getting painfully ridiculous.

Refs gonna keep the Texans in this game
Texans have the 12th man (zebras) in their pocket today...

Texans getting away with holding
And I'm still mad about all those holding calls on the Colts two weeks ago... the NFL owes us a few.
Refs gonna keep the Texans in this game

Would love a d stop here and another score before halftime. That’s when losing teams like the Texans tend to quit.
Please!
Going into halftime up 28-10 would be YUGE!

rivers is bailing frank out big time today nice game
That makes no sense. Frank gave Rivers the opportunity with his 4th-down play-call.
Nobody is bailing out anybody.
Just good team-football.

Getting the running game going on this drive would go along ways towards that. Build on the momentum by the TD drive by Hines.
I don't think we should force the run game, it's obviously not working when TY is on the sideline and they try to run up the middle.
Keep feeding TY on the intermediate stuff until they soften up, then run it down their throat with Taylor cuz Hines and Wilkins are getting stuffed up the middle.

I think “fairbairn” is Scottish for good baby but not so much today
What's Scottish for "Puppy Monkey Baby"?

It feels like the Colts are clearly the better team and the Texans are just barely staying in the game with lucky plays from Watson.
If the Colts can maintain momentum, we should run away with this game.

Curious to know, what is purpose of the tape that Hines and Taylor wear on the back of their arms?
Prevents cuts/scrapes/bleeding that might require them to stay on the sideline to get cleaned up and bandaged. Just preventative.

D - Let's get a stop here, we have momentum again
O - Keep feeding TY on the intermediate stuff
