Colts have a lot of holes in their roster and Grigson is just digging more and more holes that he can't fill with just 6 draft picks. He is just a terrible GM.

I'd draft WR before need if he was BPA on Grigs board ( I really like Corey Coleman)
And that's why we stunk last season! Draft the best player available at a position of need unless there is a century talent available.
-
way too much money for a guy with injury issues! another Grigson fail, more to come...
-
yeah and who is going to protect Luck or do we still hope that some late round picks turn into pro bowlers? Nr. 1 priority is to improve our O-Line and we need to invest at least one of our first two picks for that.
-
Colts can't afford to spend one of their early round picks on a player who isn't playing in 2016. It would be one of the most stupid things to do with so many holes on the team. We can argue about gambling with a 4th or 5th round pick or give up a 3 or 4th round pick next year but not with our first 3 round picks.

Can we please trade for the Broncos Defense? Hope Peyton gets his second ring.

another diamond in the rough. we could run a diamond mine...

Grigson couldn't fix the Offensive Line for years now. One reason is that they thought they could bring in a lot of back ups, undrafted or late draft picks that might turn into pro bowlers and solve the problem. Truth is that it's either they are poor in judgement or maybe that cinderella stories are just rare. They better draft a Tackle early in next years draft instead of relying on a 7th round pick to turn into a pro bowler! It would be just another major mistake!
-
you want to improve your Offensive Line? why the hell are you signing the guy who failed to improve it for four straight years now to a contract extension? Irsay talks owner nonesense like he would admit that his GM has a god complex...
-
Like a boss who runs his business to the ground with his decisions and then makes his staff responsible for it and fires them. What a joke the Colts organization has become! I'm not against cleaning the house but to extend the main responsible guys like Grigson and Pagano and fire most of the other staff is ridiculous! At least there are no more excuses for the two next season...

seriously where do you guys come from? do you crawl out of sewers?
next season will be fun. more sloppy starts and Luck running for his life and the pagano and grigson fanboys will join the sewers... but hey no offense. everything is positive. grigson is a god, pagano a guru und the colts the most dangerous beast ever and with soooo much incredible talent on their team ;-)

I'm not a big fan o Manusky but firing him and keeping Pagano and Grigson is a joke! Beside some washed up and average veterans and maybe 2 key players with Vontae and an aging Mathis Manusky hasn't much talent to work with. The few high draft picks Grigson spent on Defense were busts like Werner. Again keeping Grigson and Pagano and firing him seems like they needed a scapegoat. Colts went from a classy organization into one of the worst in one year. Congratulations Jim!

and what about all the good players he got us
hiton
fleener
allen
vontae
freeman
jackson
adams
langford
parry
anderson
walden
mewhort
thornton
moncrief
butler
again youre ignoring all the good hes done
Well jury is still out on guys like Parry, Anderson and Moncrief. Others like Butler are serviceable guys but not great players. Fleener for example wasn't that productive blame it on misuse of the coaching staff but he isn't in the same league with Gronk and Co. Don't get me wrong Grigson made some good decisions but if you compare the good and the bad moves it results in a C at best for Grigson. He is an average GM but somehow people still think the Colts are a better team than they are. They are not. And if they can't fix the Offensive Line next season they should show Grigson the door.

worst decision in colts history! be prepared for more sloppy starts, Luck running for his life, average free agents and draft busts!

Its more about the talent around him imo. we scored 30 with josh freeman for crying out loud
against the titans. the worst team this year in the nfl. in a one score win. against a team that would have lost their nr. 1 pick with a win.
-
giving up a draft pick for a coach especially a 2nd rounder would be one of the most stupid moves ever! Especially when you desperately need every pick to fill some big holes!
-
Titans never wanted to win this game and lose the nr. 1 pick. A meaningless win for the Colts. Finally the season is over. Goodbye Chuck and I hope Mr. god complex himself is gone too...
-
seriously guys that's the Titans!!! Worst team in the NFL right now that could gamble the nr. 1 pick with a win nothing to get overly excited about.

You can also use those stats to say that despite Luck holding onto the ball longer than Brady and Manning, his completions are very similar. Indicating his oline is giving him a lot of time.
I wouldn't say that. But someobody else might.
I just disagree with the Luck is inaccurate opinion. And there are some facts that you have to consider. He was one of the most hitted QB over the last years. Thats a fact. Colts are dealing with a bad Offensive Line since years with a lot of changes. Thats a fact nobody can deny. Colts didn't have much of a running game and were a one dimensional Offense. Thats a fact you have to consider. A lot of sloppy starts forced them to throw more often to come back from behind. Thats a fact. And as the stats shows he isn't more inaccurate as some of the best QB that played the game in their first year. I'm not saying there is no room for improvement. There is but we are still talking about a QB in his fourth year in the league and guys like Brady and Manning needed some seasons to get to their high level. And actually the dysfunctional Colts organization isn't helping either right now.
-
Just compare Lucks stats with some other QB in their first years.
Luck:
2012: 54.1%
2013: 60.2%
2014: 61.7%
Manning:
1998: 56.7%
1999: 62.1%
2000: 62.5%
Brady:
2000: 33.3% (just one game)
2001: 63.9%
2002: 62.1%
2003: 60.2%
Not that bad if you compare him to some elite guys in their first years. And yeah I know that stats are not telling the whole story but you also have to consider that like i mentioned before he played behind of oft the worst Offensive Lines in his first years and with no support from the running game.
-
The Colts probably lied about his injury and that would match the poor performance of our front office this year. Luck is just fine when healthy. Colts just need to protect him better after 4 season of failure to protect him. The talk about is inaccuracy is just stupid. Luck was great the past years with a pretty one dimensional and predictable offense and he will be great with more protection and maybe some kind of a constant running game.
-
Grigson needs to go. Period. You can't afford situations like this in your business.
-
that would be a major mistake! both need to go. Period.
-
I hope it means goodbye to GM Grigson!

keeping luck is a no brainer, making him the best paid player is repeating the mistakes from our past.
