Colts need to improve their Defense. BPA is always a dumb decision you go with the best available player at a position of need and the Colts can't afford to ignore the Defense again. Thats how you improve otherwise you always will be left with some big holes. I would go Defense in the first three rounds. You can find a decent RB later in the draft.

It was a dumb decision to keep them last year it will be an even dumber if Irsay repeats it this year! I fear we will waste another year with them.

Nice. A loss gives us a better draft pick and should put the final nail into the coffin of Grigson and Pagano.

I think Grigson enough years to improve or show that he is a quality GM. He failed and needs to go.

Fire them after the Jacksonville game or we will waste another year! Colts are lacking talent and there is no progress at all. The Offensive Line is still a mess and we don't have a Defense and we can't accept injuries as excuse any longer.

Luck is doing the right thing! Following the coaches call 200% makes sure they are gone next season and Andrew probably just want that as much as we. And they hopefully take Grigson with them!

It's not that easy. Patriots don't need to draft high because they have a great front office and a great coach and a great system in place. They have a fantastic system in which you can afford to throw in some unknown late round picks and it works. Colts don't have a great front office, don't have a great coach and well the system in place isn't working. Our system is that it all relies on our QB. With Patriots if Brady is out they bring in his backup and they still win most of their games because of the system...

Yeah. Luck was bad. But that what do you expect? He is the most hit and pressured Qb for four straigth years now, for four straight year he has to carry the whole team on his shoulders with almost no help. It was only a question of time that the hits and the pressures demand their tribute. So guys like Dorsett or Moncrief better shut the # up, they haven't done anything in their career right now.

Castonzo having a bad year is an ugly surprise. Reitz having a bad year isn't a surprise. Reitz was a decent backup and he is serviceable to come in for a few snaps but he never was and never will be starting material and that's something I'm saying for years now. I don't know why Grigson and Pagano thought it would be a good idea to name him as starter. Grigson should be fired as soon as possible. Our franchise QB is turning into David Carr. This season is the worst and he gets hit and sacked for years now. It's not a surprise that he is struggling...

Yes. And If my mom has a privates she probably would be my dad. Is Irsay drunk? Did he see the games? I hope the Titans win tonight. A sad thing to say but if the Colts win enough games we will continue with this mess for another season. Can't have it. Can't afford it.

lol. grigson is just a terrible general manager thats the reason the colts suck right now and sucked last year. he had a few good findings but most of the time his picks just sucked! Irsay should have shown him the door...

Worst decision in the league? That's Irsay who extented the contract of Grigson and Pagano! It's clear that after five years running for his life the terrible Oline has a big influence on his game and decision making. He is hit and sacked right and left for five years now...

terrible team with terrible coaches and a terrible general manager = Colts 2016. Giving Pagano and Grigson an extension was one of the most stupid decisions in nfl history!

He has to fire them. I don't see any reason why we should keep Grigson and Pangano. And the thing is that it isn't about missing the playoffs twice, but if you look back the Colts declined over the years. It started with the slow starts and some exciting comebacks but if you look at some of the games this season it was a total mess. And the Colts aren't missing one or two key players to be a serious contender they are lacking a lot of talent. 8 and 8 isn't the problem. The problem is how the Colts looked for most part of the season. And that was pretty disgusting and I don't know how you can continue that mess for another year.
