Landry is still on the board. Jackson just got picked.
both are gone. Landry is a Titan. Still Isaiah Oliver and Carlton Davis on the board. Both would be nice

Castonzo - Nelson - Kelly - Slauson - Smith
- 3
-
Smith can play both right guard and right tackle, good worth ethic, high motor
-
Leonard is a great pick you will like it. Don't like the Smith pick with James Daniels, Harold Landry, Josh Jackson still on the board.

Love it!

Some people are saying that a Top 10 pick is for a difference maker like Quaterbacks and not a guard. A QB isn't going to make a difference if he is constantly on the ground guys. A pass rusher isn't going to make a difference if he runs out of gas because the offense can't stay on the field for much long...

Rd2: Harold Landry DE
Rd2: Joshua Jackson CBRd2: Darius Leonard LB
Rd3: Daesean Hamilton WR

I love it! Nelson is top 3 talent in this years draft, a blue chip player, and fills a huge need. Colts did nothing to improve the line in free agency so Nelson was almost a must. Mewhort is injury prone and Slauson is an average aging veteran so Nelson gives us a future Pro Bowler at low cost for 5 years and protecting Luck is priority nr. 1

I will never understand that flag-anthem discussion. I don't see how kneeling during an anthem is a sign of disrespect like religion patriotism/nationalism is only a way of manipulation of the peoples mind. And it works perfectly in the States.

Quenton Nelson all the way baby. Just hope the Broncos don't draft him with their pick before...

Colts signing and overpaying for average players. Not adding quality only mediocrity, but some people will still celebrate this deal as "a bargain deal", "rough diamond" and yet Ballard still try to fix the Offensive Line the same way Grigson did and failed.
-
still trying to fix that Offensive Line with the trash left behind, ha? Sorry, I'm kidding. He is a diamond in the rough! would be a great signing, Ballard turning every stone in this country to get better!
-
Colts don't need a locker room bully
-
Colts are the only team leaving the free agency with more holes than at the beginning. Don't know how he will fill all that holes through draft even with the additional picks.
-
Grigson spend a lot of money on average and aging free agents. Ballard obviously isn't spending much in free agency. So far Colts only got bigger holes in their roster and I doubt you can fill them only with draft picks. In my opinion the smartest strategy is a mix of both. Making smart deals in free agency and if you can get a quality player at a position of huge need you can afford to overpay once a year. And the rest get from the draft!

Pugh to Arizona. 5years 45million. Jenseon to the Bucs. 4years 42million. I don't know what Ballard is thinking but someone should tell him the we aren't a bank.
-
Well, we missed out on the second best Guard option in Pugh

Your saying we are going draft him over Derrius Guice, Lorenzo Carter and the rest of the 1st round talent
It would be a smart choice and Nelson is easily Top 5 probably Top 3 talent in this draft. I don't care if some people don't value Guards. The Offensive Line is a mess and Colts can't afford to gamble again by hoping that some average veterans turn things around. And yes there is a real chance Colts drafting Nelson! Protecting Luck has to be Priority Nr. 1 and so far Colts failed to improve the Line

Bro we are not drafting a o-line with the 3rd pick got me messed up
I never said we would draft him with the 3rd pick. Don't get surprised if the Colts trade back a few spots and still get him...
-
any chance we get a compensatory pick for him?
-
Castonzo - Nelson - Kelly - Pugh - Fleming
-
3yr 12million?

I would take him if the price is right. His run blocking is solid and he apparently showed some improvement in pass pro.
Believe me he isn't good, barely an improvement and you are not going to fix our Line with a guy like Fluker.
52nd pick: Indianapolis Colts select DE Kemoko Turay
