  1. I hate to say it but those turnovers the last two games were probably more on the opposing QBs making horrible decisions and throws than the scheme. Now if we come out and demolish the Buccaneers? I’ll lighten up a bit.
  2. Exactly! It’s all very strange. Ballard talked about never giving up on a relationship back at the beginning of the season with JT… and yet now we just toss him out? Something happened.
  3. I was expecting Leonard to be gone, just not today. No I’m saying I’ve never been a fan of Bradley or his scheme. That includes his time in Jacksonville.
  4. It’s like people forget that Gus was in charge of our defense last season… you know… the 4-12-1 season? We’re seeing the same thing happen this season where we can’t get a stop when it’s needed, WRs are wide open, and for the most part we can’t put any pressure on the QB…
  5. There’s always money in the banana stand. To be that worried about money, after paying him that kind of contract? I just wonder what really happened for him to get released.
  6. Let’s see how he does against Mike Evans and Godwin. This is the same defense that allowed PJ Walker to score 39 points… and Derek Carr 38 points…
  7. I guess Gus Bradley got his way.
  8. I really hope not, but you’re probably right. Gus’s scheme is as antiquated as Reich’s. You just can’t play like that against the top offenses of the league.
  9. I’m okay with it as long as it doesn’t become Josh McDaniels “Failtriot Way” 3.0. My way or the highway doesn’t work in the NFL level unless you get rid of all of the previous regime players and completely rebuild… which fans and owners don’t usually have the patience to deal with.
  10. It’s true. I can’t see anyone picking him up until afterwards. Best of luck to him. But he did get paid handsomely so I’m not going to feel too sorry for how things turned out. Especially with how a lot of us are struggling financially with this inflation.
  11. I think his play this season made him untradeable more than the contract.
  12. I don’t think so either. Hence why no one was going to trade for that. Hence why it looks like the best option was to let him walk and play somewhere else.
  13. For all we know, which is very little, the team could’ve been shopping him but got no bites. I guess we’ll see if he’s worth anything going through the waivers. If no one picks him up, then we probably weren’t going to get anything for him through a trade.
  14. I still hope Bradley is gone after this season. With letting Leonard go this should signal we’re tired of “good enough” and ready to compete. Bradley isn’t going allow us to be competitive next year against so many good QBs in the AFC.
  15. I’m keeping a very keen eye on that young man. In addition, we might want to start scouting LBs now after all this crap.
  16. I definitely hate the Ravens more after last Thursday… I was looking forward to so many matchups this year…
  17. God that’s pretty sad but honestly true. It’s not like we’ll notice much of a change with Bradley’s scheme.
  18. Yeah I’m not advocating for Tee to replace Michael. I was just saying it’s highly unlikely the Bengals can keep him.
  19. I’m pretty dead inside to be honest. I hate seeing any QB injured… I should have clarified I don’t see Higgins coming here as we already have Pittman. But I know the writing is on the wall for Cincy. They’ll have to rework their roster.
  20. Higgins has been out for several weeks now.
  21. Pittman seems to stay more healthy compared to Tee… But, Tee can make crucial 3rd down conversions when everything is on the line.
