Just... Stop.I dont get it, do you even watch the show? That show is great.. they support or debunk common myths that people have using actual experiments on the show.. its great stuff, very educational and entertaining.

Brady and BB are gonna retire in a few years. Who's your replacement?They do have some holes they need to sure up.. They're a draft or 2 away from being a juggernaut I think.. They need to get some more beef on the Defensive Line and linebacker level.. but I see why they build the way they do, they play in a dome at least 9 times a year so they like to have slightly smaller LBs that have a lot of speed, but you still gotta stop the run and they've shown for awhile that they aren't capable of doing that, especially in big games.
There are some great free agents coming out next year, like Terrance Knighton who would be a beast on the colts interior line..
Colts just need a solid RB to pair with Bradshaw and Herron, some Oline help and then beef up that front 7 and they'll be a nightmare for opponents for years to come.. Luck is the real deal, hes the future of this league so I'll take my wins now while they're easier to get, because in a couple years they won't come so easy

Thats a good discussion for another thread.. the NFL has no rival league and they always refer to the SB champs as "World Champs" so that is pretty amusing... but at the same time, the Super Bowl is also the most watched broadcast on earth, and it just goes up every single year.. The NFL is a very powerful organization that has the eyes and ears of an absurd amount of people all over the world.
The Super Bowl is not the most watched broadcast. The World Cup is. Only a 100+ million watched the superbowl every year.

Yeah, I can tell you picked Seattle. You've been downplaying their injuries from the start. Yes, Lafell is a more than capable receiver. I've posted his stats to support my belief in him. Make no mistake, I know that Seattle has a tough defense. But Brady can still find ways to exploit it.
You have Brady and the personell to exploit everything.

Where did I say he was the fastest guy in the league? You're getting defensive and it is bc none of your arguments recently are adding up or making sense. I'm not picking on you. Yes, Edelman is fast...you say Lafell is only good bc of his quarterback? Who will be his quarterback in said game we are discussing? So, by that logic, wouldn't he still be able to perform at a high level?
I'm not defensive because I have no rooting interests in either team(I picked Seattle). -rolls eyes-

Edit: oops my bad lolYeahhh. I guess you don't watch much Patriots football. Edelman is quick. He's basically Brady's go to guy. You keep on downplaying the fact that Seattle's secondary isn't hurting. It is. And as we saw on Sunday, the Patriots are just fine and healthy, both on offense and defense. I'm not even sure where you are going with the Lafell thing, but it seems like you are grasping for straws.
How fast is Edelman? You're telling me he's almost as fast as the fastest WRs in the league? I know he's good because he's better than Welker.
Lafell: You're telling me he's good.

I'm not expecting to see them play perfectly. I'm just saying, we have seen this Patriots offense play very well all year. It isnt a sin to think that they may do well against a banged up Seattle secondary. Yes, Lafell is playing with Brady, unless New England plans on sending Cam out there to start in the Super Bowl. What does Lafell's past play have to do with anything? And I still don't think Wagner would match up well trying to cover a speedy guy like Edelman.
Edelman: Edelman a speedy guy? Nice.
Seattle Injury: Everyone is banged up in the playoffs so......
Lafell: Lafell isn't really good to me. With Brady, he is. Complimenting Brady of course.

It does matter, because if they do discover that the Patriots intentionally tampered.. they then have to determine the severity of the violation.. and in this case, the severity is extremely low.. that would be used in determining a proper punishment, which nobody hear obviously wants to hear because some people are screaming for them having their entire draft stripped, BB suspended for a year, Brady suspended for a year, ban them from the playoffs and SB indefinitely, etc etc...
Just the craziest overreactions ever lol.. but whatever, I get it.. we're the evil villain.. and this is way easier to swallow than accepting the fact that your team got rocked in the AFCCG
Colts lost 45-7. They won two playoff games this year. That's passing everyone's expectations.

I said Aaron Rodgers prefers 14 PSI.. which is over regulation... and he admitted on television that he pumps them to 14 PSI and will try to get them past the refs all the time.
FYI, per the Sports Science link... higher PSI will actually increase the velocity of a football and allow a tighter spiral,

ESPN? Disgusted with the Pats? Thats been their standard operating procedure for years, ever since Kraft gave CBS the CBS Scene at Foxboro Stadium ESPN has been on a hate campaign against them ever since..
Jerome Bettis has been a notorious Pats hater because of all the games hes lost to them, hes in the same boat as Marshall Faulk.. They're also paid to get a reaction out of people and increase VIEWERS... People love controversy, and this story has been driven 100% by social media and knee jerk reactions.. All of that equates to MONEY.
Its the same reason that on any Network, they tell 1 person to defend position X and another person to defend position Y.. ESPN already had a segment with Sports Science that disproved the "Unfair Advantage" angle, yet nobody acknowledges that and are just covering their ears and closing their eyes, pretending it doesnt exist.
The day I care about what ESPN has to say about the Patriots is the day that trees rain money when you shake them and Giselle Bunschen leaves Tom Brady to be my sugar mamma
So ESPN hates the Pats, so why did they use sports science to defend them?

Maxwell and Lane perfect? Ok???So you expect Maxwell and Lane to be perfect? And you are the one who brought Wagner into the discussion when we were talking about the banged up secondary. Lafell averaged 13 yards per catch this year for nearly 1,000 yards. That's a pretty good reject.
Are you expecting Lafell and Edelman to be perfect as well?

Brady makes literally every receiver good. Lafell was with Newton last year. What did he do that time? I'm pretty sure Emmanuel Sanders would do the same or better if he was with Brady.
Edit: In my six games of watching Seattle(their big games pretty much), I usually see Wagner cover receivers/tight ends.

Yea, they have a range of 12.5 to 13.5 psi, he prefers his at 12.5 and always has.. Aaron Rodgers prefers his at 14 PSI and will often try to slip them past the refs (he admitted this, yet miraculously there is ZERO push back from the public about it).
The physics of it from Sports Science and MythBusters proved that the difference is so minimal, it would only make a physcological difference to the player, like a placebo effect

True, but tackling is going to be painful, and he will have a harder time disengaging from blocks which could be a liability. Add in that Thomas has a dislocated shoulder and it is easier to believe that Brady can complete some passes against this secondary.
Wagner, Kj Wright is there for the tackling.
Thomas will be 85% percent.

So they are magically tampered? okNo they don't, at least not any proof thats been leaked to the press. They have proof that the balls were under the 12.5 psi minimum, that does not equal proof that they were intentionally tampered with

lol.. they were the #1 seed in the AFC.. they obliterated every single division leader throughout the year except for Green Bay.. they beat the Ravens, they absolutely annihilated the Colts (again) and have absolutely earned everything they've gotten thus far this year... You can have whatever feelings you want about it, but the Pats are playing in the Super Bowl.. they proved they were the best team all year and they backed it up in 2 playoff games, now they just need to do it 1 more time and they'll be the World Champs... again.
