Not going to disagree with the "rooting" aspect, but to say that we can do better than 11 wins consistently is asking for a near perfect season.
Would you rather have Shiano as our coach? Who do you suggest we get as a "real" coach, and what would they offer?
Can we try Shiano?

OL OL bah! IMO it depends on turnovers - if we turnover the ball like we have been we are one and done. If on the other hand we take care of the ball we might win 1,2, or more....
Just because a defender occasionally gets through the OL doesn't mean we have to get sloppy with the ball!
The patriots turn the ball over more than the colts in the NE-IND game. Indy lost by 20+......

Cherilous is able to speak with authority because he's actually had micro-fracture surgery.
He's not trying to put the screws to Clowney.... far from it. He's speaking from personal experience...
And if you look at the story you'll see that most athletes (not just football players) who have had micro-fracture surgery performed on them are not the same. Even if you can play again, you're just not the same.
And that should speak more on Grigson to signing him to that awful contract.

And adding to that, Luck is on pace career wise, 400+ TDs, 160+ INTs. That's Marino's numbers.....
