We just have to hope Walden rises up to the challenge and that with a bunch of play time shows improvement . I think our D has played really well givin the circumstance they are in .

The kid fits what we do not super fast but is tough to take down is decisive puts a foot in ground and goes north to south one of the best runners in the NCAA but doesn't get much hype being from IU .

That's the way I see it..
The Hawks jump many routes and they use a single safety because they don't think you can beat them deep.
Peyton needs to take a shot down the field deep with Sanders and I'd line up Demariyus Thomas against Richard Sherman all day and go
right at him.
I dont think they can stop him
Just wondering why Thomas not Sanders ? Sherman has showed he can't cover smaller fast WR's . Line Thomas up on Burley and let him work him while Sanders works Sherman that is how I would attack them .

This is ridiculous... so Pep who cached Luck in college and works in the NFL wants to turn the QB he helped create into a game manager sub tier QB? He then scraps what he wants to do and then let's Luck (the 3rd year QB) call the shots so they can win?
Have you thought about that thought process at all? Because it sounds utterly ignorant. If anything you should be questioning the HC as he will be the one telling the offense unit as a whole what he wants.
I don't understand the love for Arians on this forum. Pep comes in turns Luck back into a QB with respectable completion percentage and low interceptions and does the one thing we have said for years to do with peyton (take the ball out of his hands) and be successful with it and yet everyone wishes we had the guy who puts our franchise in league leading hits to the QB and as many interceptions in a year as Mark freaking Sanchez.
He ain't perfect but it's still a good situation.
Take off the blinders bud what are we doing when we are not down a lot that is not game managing ? So Luck had less int the regular season then 7 in playoffs because we were so predictable . This is the NFL not college that same moto doesn't work defenses are to good . We don't have to D or run game to be a game managing team so we should not try to act like it .

I'm all for if the value is in our favor . Say we can find a TE needy team with a good pass rusher buried on there depth chart I would be all for it .

It's hard to say I'm on the same boat could really use that roster spot with several injuries but at the same time if he comes back he's fantasy gold .

I look at it like this when we get behind and ditch what Pep wants to do and lets Luck let if fly we score in bunches . I feel like were are trying to make Luck a game manager and it's my opinion you do that if you a below average QB with a good D and run game to make it work .

They could very easily have lost both games.
Against Seattle in Seattle, they wont come out with a win with all these mistakes.
Seattle is not the same seattle and Denver is not the same Denver .

I find it funny people still don't think he gives through his progressions, I want the helmet cam footage they have because Chucky showed a video package of Luck going through multiple progressions to find the open man.
Interesting I find it funny people think he is you can see him starring down Hilton or Wayne on many plays with other players wide open then forces the ball into coverage . A perfect example our last play on offence in the Eagles game Nicks was wide open for the first but Luck still forced the ball into tight coverage . I know it's not going to happen but I would love to see Nicks Moncrief and Rogers play a few snaps together so he doesn't have his go to guy making him survey the whole field . I think some of it this season is he's trying to take less hits and get the ball out faster something I'm sure the coaches have been working on and he's trying to adjust to it .

How do we make the playoff to win a SB if we are not winning a lot of games ? I want to see multiple SB's as much as the next guy but you have to win during the season first .

For the Raiders I just hope it's not a Bucs Falcons type game could see it getting ugly like that though BB never tries to stop scoring .
