Yes the schedules are predetermined by formula way far in advance except the 2 games you mention.
<broken record>
Isnt it moreso simply a rotation of divisions playing each other?

When you play badly the season before and play in the worst division in football I'd be surprised if it wasn't.
Has nothint to do with performance aside from 2 out of 16 games.

Curveball.....Andrew Luck announces his retirement from the game of football due to immense pressure and constant beatings.
Has always been my biggest fear lol

Some of us still can't accept going with pagano for the year smh

Schottenheimer, Brian. Son of Marty.
Hey, no worries. Not giving you a hard time. I've got too many names rattling around in my head.

Spagnola?
Did you mean Monachino?
Qb coach? Defense can change all it wants lol
-
How are people not realizing a new coach this season is not a favorable route to go with consideration to luck and his surgery. I for one do not want him coming back from injury having to learn a 4th playbook. If we get rid of pagano, I hope we retain spagnola and chud for Andrews sake
-
Can confidently say norv would be a downgrade from pagano.
-
Wow... looks like pagano isn't safe unless it's jimmy raye, which is likely. Maybe if changes don't happen this season they will next
-
With lucks surgery, keeping the coaches intact is the smartest thing to do. Also gives the opportunity to see how pagano + the team perform without grigson. Grigson might have been that much of a cancer in the lockerroom/building that it impcted the teams performance, effort, and focus

has it started yet?

You know how we all looked at Al Davis before he died??? that is how EVERYONE outside of Colts fans look at our owner.
Sadly Accurate
-
Woah.. what if our defense sucks at tackling because they're scared of getting hurt from hitting the ground??
In all seriousness though, this can be a real and main driver to injuries we've been dealing with

Not sure he would want to do it full time. Maybe a training camp consultant
Pretty sure Reggie has said he wants to be a coach.
-
If this is true I think we get shanahan
-
are we just looking for things to complain about at this point? scott tolzeins stats are pretty misleading, he doesnt play like a backup and isnt afraid to sling it down field. i truly liked what i saw from him in the steelers game, minus the red zone plays/playcalling.
-
at this point i think yes. i think the expectations is to be back at the top of the division next season bc we easily could have been this year despite all the weaknesses of the team
-
Knew it. The speculation from all the silence was all just false hope

I could almost bet that one of those unnamed players are T.Y. Hilton. He's been frustrated for 2 years and you can tell. I could tell he had issues with Pagano after the the blowout loss to the Jags last season.
If it is one of the veteran players, I'd say it's TY too, who's probably been most critical to media

8-8 with a top flight QB tells me that as well.
Just from a fan watching from the outside, our coaching staff totally seems to have that high school coaching vibe.
(Lose by 21)'Good job guys we'll get em next week'.
(Comeback from 21 down to lose by 3)'Great job continuing to fight, we would have won if there was more time'.
(Straight blown out) 'Just one of those days guys'.
Spit my drink out at this. This is chuck in a nutshell.
Hes a feel good coach... players love him, cause he's likeable, sometimes had a feeling whenever players say they loved him it was more so as a person vs coach lol..as a coach show your disappointment in players if they mess up
-
the players & pagano seem very adamant on continuity the last few seasons, as if they are tired of grigson flushing players in and out year after year. i really hope we do keep key players like doyle, turbin, butler, adams even
-
I hope we don't let him go, he's a huge part of the offense. I feel like he might be destined for te1 money as we unfortunately

This presser gave me no hope that this team will do better in all three phrases. The grit on display here was from a man that honestly looks like he's had it with this team too, and is just here for a paycheck, or until Irsay brings the hammer down. At this point, I don't think Pagano cares. The look on his face when the reporter mentioned something like "Yeah. You guys won yesterday but many would argue the end result is that you failed to deliver this season. Has Irsay said anything about that?" told the story.
Noticed that too. His demeanor seems like he doesn't care or is untouchable
A question for you guys.

I've been asking the same question for the last 5 seasons. I want him to be controlling the offense all game, but maybe coaches feel he isn't ready to do so yet
