  1. He was probably like me and figured that A) A freakin' $3.00 delivery fee is part of the tip and B) And that a 7% tip is plenty for someone who does nothing more than carry a pizza to his car then from the car to the front door.

Yeah, we get 1 dollar for our 2 dollar fee. And I did a lot more than nothing more than walk to and from my car ha. Try taking orders when the phones ringing off the hook, working the ovens, store upkeep, stocking product. The food, boxes, etc dont fly onto the shelves, the store don't clean itself, and boxes don't fold themselves. All this plus deliveries, you're pretty busy for making 5.00 an hour. It wasn't grueling work, but you earn every penny trust me.

So did you re-route the order to yourself because you thought It would be awesome so see Reggie upclose and personal, or did you re-route the order to yourself because you expected to get  a big tip...????

Both, but mainly to see reggie. When I got back, the guys who had been there a while were all laughing at me, "You get that big tip?" they asked. I guess it wasn't an isolated incident, and Reggie Wayne like Papa Johns ha.

It's still Reggie though come on, he'd have to spit in my mothers eye for me to think anything less than the world of him. Im a colt fan. let the bidding begin for his adress lol jk! Ill never say more than he lives in Carmel.

  2. Gotta feel kind of bad for the guy. I wonder if I was a pro athlete if I would care if I sucked at the pro level? Seems like a decent family man from twitter, but he's the weakest link on our line, and seeing as how pep never calls outside runs, stretch plays, or tosses some change needs to be made.

Here's a thought, if satele is the worst c in the nfl, and Holmes can't start over him is Holmes our guy? Yeah yeah I know it takes rookies time to develop, but come on. If you can't start over the worst center in the league what do u bring to the table. Center and guard positions need to be addressed in free agency. Use the draft for defense since chuck is supposed to be great at coaching developing them.

  3. I can't believe Wayne didn't get more love, not that there is really a bad choice.  Wayne would be my guy though, but I'd wanna kick it in his hometown of miami!  You know he probably get into some fun stuff out there.

Irsay would be cool, just so I could hear the stories of him reminiscing about years and games past.  Getting his take on NFL, the media and just life in general.  I can so totally picture Irsay with long hair and a joint hanging out the side of his mouth listenin to Dylan.

In 2010 I was working as a delivery driver for papa johns. A name came up sayings Wayne for an order in a huge gated community in Carmel. I rerouted the order to myself immediately and got the order there in 23 mins. The night was December the 22nd so the season was still going on and of course it was Reggie that answered the door. I tried to not be Annoying and briefly told him, hey I've been watching you since 2003 when I was 12, big fan, love u here's your pizza within 23 mins of ordering. That " tipped me 1.30. His order was 18 something and he gave me a 20. I'll never forget that. I'm a student making minimum wage and I tip better than that, let alone a guy that has millions. If you want to spend the day with Reggie, you better be driving or be prepared to pay for gas.

  4. Xavier Rhodes, incredible tape, plus Grigs comments about rookie dbs having a much easier time adjusting to the pros the ol. I would love for Warmack or Johnathan Cooper to be selected by us. Grabbing Barret Jones in the 3rd would be legit too.

I really would love for us to find a great pass rushing olb 3-4 like a clay mathews or old shawn merriman. With the passing game in the nfl dominating 90% the play calling putting pressure and smackdown on a qb can really take them out of a game physically and emotionally.

  5. Terrell Suggs ran similar times. Turned out pretty good. Jones had  24 tackles-for-loss, 14.5 sacks, 1 interception, 7 forced fumbles, and 2 fumbles recovered last season. It would be awesome if he fell to us. i may be incorrect but i dont think he ran that bad at the combine. although it wasnt great.

I think these well balanced offensive and defensive free agency moves have filled so many wholes of concern, our whole draft could and should be spent just picking out the best player available despite the position besides QB RB TE and possibly ILB now that I think about it. That means if Jones is there grab him, if Warmacks there grap him, Luck Jockel (won't happen) * grab him. Get us the most talented people available now that our pressing needs have been adressed.

  6. This is my first post. I've lurked here for a bit, but seeing this thread forced me to create an account to give my 2 cents.

Pollian was a great offensive minded GM. He led buffalo to 3 consecutive super bowls before coming to Indy. He completely transformed this team. While here we had only two losing seasons I think and all the others at least 10 wins usually 12 or more.

He had some major faults. We had that killer offense but struggled with the salary cap due to Peyton, Marvin, and Edges salaries. Also him and Dungy had this horrible theory that creating a defense with under sized but quick above average speed no name players was this magic formula to compensating for spending ALL the money on the offense and it proved time and time again that DEFENSE wins championships.

yes, peyton has a record of choking in the playoffs, but if he had even just a decent defense (often times we had the last rushing d in the league in early 2000s and bad pass d) maybe he wouldn't have felt that the outcome of the game rested SOLELY with him. If he could feel that it wasn't the end of the world to not score a touchdown 100 percent of the time and not feel pressure from having to kick a fg or getting the other team in bad field position. Knowing the defense might stop the other team or force a takeaway. But with a defense as cruddy as ours, we had to win an offensive shoot out and punting was not an option. just my theory,.

So yes Bill had his faults, but heres what he did do

    1 championship

    2 super bowl appearances

    8 Divison champion ships

    9 or 10 playoff appearances

drafted arguably the best qb wr duo in history (thee best in regular season by far)

drafted THE GREATEST QB OF ALL TIME (at least statistically you cant argue with that, but for those of you that think football is just a one man show and the qb plays all 22 positions ok he doesnt have as many rings as montana or brady)

i'd say we were in just a little bit better shape after he came then before he came but just me ....
