Letting a below average QB like Hoyer throw for 340 yards shows how pathetic and embarrassing our defense is. It's no coincidence Hoyer only has these games against the Colts.

Melvin is not starting CB quality. Beyond me why he is starting.
Wasn't good enough for NE or Baltimore. Shouldn't been starting for the Colts either.

That the amount of drops Cleveland had was more defining for the game than the mistakes the Colts made.

Think about it. Peyton threw 3TDs and 7 picks in his Colts Super Bowl run, and the Colts still won, because Bob Sanders elevated that defense so much. The two healthy years Bob Sanders had, he was All Pro. He was that good. If only he could have stayed injury free. He's be up there with Reed, Polamalu and Dawkins.
I think it would have been at least 2 titles more.
Here's a very telling quote from the man himself, which is probably also the reason why multiple titles didn't happen:

I hope the Jacksonville Jaguars humiliate the Colts. Preferably by scoring 40+ points.
It's the only way to wake up Jim and make him terminate Pagano's contract.
God how I hate Pagano and his freaking sad face. Wish he never got the job.
