He's a pure 3-4 DE, like Parry is pure NT. Despite his size.
-
or is it if he got drafted, he wouldn't of signed and he could then enter next years draft? but as a UDFA he cant enter next year because he wasn't picked?
It's this.
-
Darn, there goes my favorite remaining UDFA. La'el Collins or bust now I guess! just kidding, but sad to see Williams go to Chicago.
-
Has anyone seen/heard anything about him and his UDFA hunt? He was a forum favorite, not invited to the combine but very underrated. I can't find anything about him signing anywhere as a UDFA. Can anyone find anything?

Our division really improved.
It was really clear the Texans draft scheme was to clearly matchup with us better (Trying to draft a TY stopper, then another TY)

Nice writeup Deano, Good work.
I completely agree. It's stunning to think about how many injuries we had last year. In addition to a great FA and Draft, this may be as excited for any Colt's team we've ever had.

Dorsett- B+
Smith- B+
Anderson- A+
Gathers- B
Parry- B-
Robinson- A-
Herrera- C+
Goode-C
Overall- B+

so were thinking of playing parry at NT atleast that's what I've seen some here mention? Brown is bigger then Parry
Perry played NT at Stanford. He projects to be a NT in the NFL.
Brown played 4-3 DT at Texas, He projects to be a 3-4 DE in the NFL.
It's not all about size. Things like build, strength, power, speed, quickness.
Anyway, If we went with Brown we wouldn't of gotten Henry Anderson, who is my favorite pick to this point. I'd much rather have Anderson-Perry than Brown, and a NT. No thank you.

UGA product.
-
RB, MISSISSIPPI ST., Great prospect, Good value, love the pick.
-
yeah if we wanted a 1 gap NT should have just taken brown who was a 1st round talent since it was a need and would help more the a WR
Brown would be a 3-4 DE, 5 tech. Best NT avail at 29 would of been Eddie Goldman.
-
I don't mind it because it's a need and really there aren't many other NT's around right now. Stanford connection.
-
NT, Stanford. Decent pick.

Not according to NFL.com

According to CBS sports, he has the potential to be Brian Dawkings.

BAL having a great draft.
-
Damn, I wanted him. Good EDGE guy.
-
Again, Grant a great player off the board.
-
Damn, Great pick off the board in Shaw.
-
One of my favorite prospects off the board now, Ibrahiem Campbell.
-
Move up and get Grady or Bennett!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Would make it an official A+ draft for me

MIA goes with Jamil Douglas

Donte Moncrief has the skill, tools and potential.
I'd like to see Mewhort out it all together and be a top 10 guard in the NFL, (I think he's Top 20-15 right now, with flashes of top 10). Also Cherilus come back to form as a good OT.
I'd also like to see Toler be a consistent good #2 CB, Werner be a solid EDGE guy, and have Newsome, Kerr, and Hughes continue to impress.
