  1. Just filed to the league office, Broncos trade 2 1st and 2 2nd round picks to the Detroit Lions in exchange for Calvin Johnson. He will be expected to make his debut Sunday against the Colts.

Man, Id be depressed...lol I was so happy my girlfriend woke me up to take the kids to school though, The whole way there I just kept thinking...That will never happen but Megatron and Manning would be a matchup nightmare for the whole league.

  2. I had a messed up dream about the denver game, Manning was on the field with his offense and somehow they had Megatron as a WR, With Darius Butler Covering him. The crowd was going for the record of loudest crowd thing and I looked on the board and seen our noise level...It was only at 7.3....and The Score was 35-6 denver....I was happy to wake up and find out it was just a dream...but Hopefully the score doesnt get that way and I really hope the crowd is as loud as we can ever be for that game.....7.3 dB isnt loud at all, I mean a whisper is 30 dB according the the ruler           http://www.tlc-direct.co.uk/Technical/Sounds/Decibles.htm

  3. As Many of you have probably seen. Matt Hassleback made a video requesting us attending the game tomorrow to be as loud as we possibly can be. We are a pretty loud crowd usually but Matt went on to say we need to start getting loud while the team is in the huddle, not when they break to go to the line. Which at the dolphins game there was several times the crowd wasnt as loud until they lined up on the line. Chuck also requested we be as loud as we possible can be. Im sure the stadium will be rocking tomorrow come 1pm, I just want us to be as loud as we can to show seattle, their crowd doesnt have anything on us. Lets be Loud, Be Rowdy, and Enjoy this game tomorrow. This honestly didnt need to be a thread of its own, but I couldnt find a forum to just plug in my 2 sense

  4. Just walked around the LOS. Wow factor. Had a little tinge of (manly) emotion. Goodness knows how I'm going to be on Sunday! Right, off to explore whilst I await my buddy. Next update could be a train wreck. Mods, if I use inappropriate language, please be lenient.

BHC I really hope to run into you before kick. It would be nice to meet someone from the forums onces. Hope you have a kick butt time and really wish you enjoy the life of indy.

  5. Hey man, I have no problem with anyone posting about another team...I just honestly feel bad for Browns fans...no need to poor it on.  I live in Iowa, and all I hear is about the Vikings...the haven't won anything either, ever.

I am 100% with you, I was born in 89, Ever since then I have been a colts fan for life. Now, with that said, I am a true fan of the NFL. I Love my colts. I also like the falcons in the NFC. Regardless of that, I watch the the game Thursday and Seen Hoyer go down, In that time I felt bad for the browns. I actually thought this kid had it and could bring them to a division title. With him being out for the year I hope the browns dont give up on him. I want to see him excel forword and help the browns become a dominate team of their division

  6. ill be at the game for sure sunday. Cant wait...We Usually stand above section 520 and watch the game. before the game we tailgate some, or go over to touchdown town and hang out around there. We have been looking for a good place to eat besides the Greek island Place and Shappiros(might be spelled wrong). BHC Hope you have a fun trip and maybe Ill see you there some where!

  7. Seattle will give us a run for our money for sure, Im not expecting any sort of high scoring game by anymeans. Im thinking the score will be more along the lines of 17-14, 21-14. As a colts fan I always expect the colts win every game. but all honesty it can go either way in this league and especially against one of the top teams like seattle.  I think the Texans today showed how to beat the seattle defense.Luck will use that as an advantage and hopefully we can get a nice lead, prevent any turnovers from luck and the offense

  8. I still want one day for Luck to take control of the offense like Manning once did. More hurry up O, and Im still a fan of the passing game. With this offense we are now its more like a 65% run, 35% pass.. I could go for more a 60/40 or 55/45

  9. My dad and I are gonna get resale tix to the Sunday night game against the Broncos.. Weekend before my wedding.. First time ever seeing a game in Indy =) Are the seats in the upper tier mid-field (Section 639 - 641, 612 - 614 etc..) terrible or are they at least decent? I'll gladly take at least decent.

Hope it was ok to post in this forum.. Didn't know where else to post.. Mods, move me if you need to.. Thanks.

Ive sat in section 640, 644, 632, 435, 452, 535 and I current have season tickets in section 619. 640, 644 are good views right on the 50 at 640. I was in row 4 and row 10 there and both are good to me. 644 i was a little bit higher and really didnt mind the seats, but being that high is a little hard to see where the ball is. Now out of all my seats ive sat in 632 was the worse. your back in the corner and really cant see the other endzone. 435 was good seats, 452 was another pair of goodseats. Right now where my season tickets are. I like the view alot, although I plan to upgrade when possible just to get closer to the 400-500 level. If you get in the 600, its a good view up to row 10 id say

  10. I got season tickets this year, and while attending the first game I was standing next to a guy that also was a season ticket holder. I asked him where all the tailgaters are usually at the beginning of the game and he said some parking lot next to the stadium that you can pay 20$ per game to park. I just can not remember what he said it was called. I think he said True Blue parking Crew or something like that. Said they have a site you can go to and look at if your interest. If anyone knows what that is called by chance please let me know.  Thank you

  11. This talk we all hear of us not being as good as last year, or not making the post season this upcoming season. Its all really just fuel to the fire our players need to prove everyone wrong, look at what we did last year. It wasnt anything fancy nor was it pretty but we still did it. we had a winning season with a handful of rookies and a few vets. Last year we used this same talk as motivation. I like the squad we have at hand and I can see a 12-4 11-5 type season. There are 4 games I can see us lose, or win - Denver, San Fran, Seattle, and Rams. We can win these games just as easily lose them.

  12. Now that I've read the source for this, I can say that this is entirely supposition. The writer (and the source the writer quotes) doesn't provide any team-related basis for this.

Bradshaw is our best back, assuming he's healthy, so it shouldn't surprise any of us if he's the starter. But that hasn't been determined just yet, and it can't be until Bradshaw takes the field. If he earns it over Ballard, awesome.

Bradshaw is easily the best back we have, but what we have seen from Bradshaw was with the Giants. Until we see him run as a colt. I personally think Ballard should remain the top dog till proven otherwise

  13. But why do you need a clear bag again? They check bags when you walk through the gate. I'm sure no one can hide a pressure cooker successfully in that case. Also how clear is a bag if its stuffed with a sweatshirt or jerseys from the pro shop?

It seems to me they're *trying* the add extra security even when it lacks logic or a point.

hey JoKeR, Of all the games I went to, My girlfriend was never asked to open her purse or any other bag she happened to pick up with in the pro shop. We have been to about 6 games together so I am glad this safety measure is being taken, just for the sake of fans, players and anyone else working at the stadium. I also see your side of the extra hassle. At LOS we probably dont have the irrate fans that would stab someone over a loss, but (and not to stereo type) but New York might be a different story. its hard to focus more discipline on one certain state/team/teams

  14. I understand the thought process on making such rules. I for one have never felt unsafe at a game, but I guess this is one of those instances when it's better to be safe than sorry. It will be aggravating for fans, but fan safety is important

I agree with you, I also have never felt unsafe at a game but Id rather be safe than sorry thats for sure. I dont disagree with the rules because I understand its about the safety of fans and also even players. Taking in a clear bag doesnt change anything for me at all.

  15. Anyone know if Driskill is still with the team or was he just at rookie minicamp and let go. I seen in the pictures of Rookie camp he was wearing #37, but now someone else is wearing that number. Just wondering what the story is here with Driskill.

  16. Ditto, except I was out of WHS 10 years earlier.  Everyone around here says he's a great kid, would love to see it happen for him.

My gf came from WHS, graduated in 04. i graduated four years later and I think Driskill was a Year afterme. Not sure. All I know is Driskill is a good kid, high motor and a hard player. I played DE in high school and T. He played Rb, P, K, PR,KR, S,. He was the team almost

  17. i havent look at how we finished in the drat. Really I have spent my time to see if my good friend from Mount Union, Nick Driskill got drafted today, but to put my thoughts in accrding to the this topic, there is a lot of people out there who think they know what it takes to run a team, let them post there thoughts and know that us, the true COLTS knw we have the staff to run this team to success....
