You don't like draft picks? Really?
You realize most every player in the NFL these days is the result of a draft pick.....
They're the Life Blood for every team..... Every team.....
I don't mind trading.... but one has to be careful....
Draft picks are available in rounds 2-7 also, one first round pick wont kill us IMHO. Maybe TRich can be like reggie bush on an accelerated scale, with added durability.

I took off my hat and then burned it
-
Multiple draft picks that would've came from a trade back.
Thanks Creskin
-
Would you take Werner or TRich?
-
Props given, I am withholding judgment until 2014 around this time of year.
-
Yep. And your miserable play in 2011 did the same. Hey at least the Titans went 9-7 that year. No one else besides you will have a winning record...just awful.
Vance I have enjoyed your perspective for the most part, but the taste in your mouth is sour grapes. Of all the convoluted copping mechanisms I have read on fan forums, you might get the blue ribbon. The Colts may not lose to your crew for another 9 years, at the Luke at least.

Division games are tough, just ask Tommy and the Pats.
-
I don't think a first round bye would be good for us.
I will take a bye every time, given a choice that is. It may be a bit unlikely but the Ravens could still lose tomorrow night they just need to beat New England (Gronkless) and Cinci (Daltonful) and the Colts beat KC (Charles in charge!) and Jacksonville (blame on the Henne, or Gabbertless at last), spoiler alert - the oracle has spoken!
-
Maybe the Colts can pull a first round bye, if we win out and so do the Ravens, assuming that Cinci loses tonight, Go Colts, Go Ravens! Far stranger things have happened.
-
Do the Pats fall to the 3 spot if the Bengals win tonight? And how do we sit on tie breakers and such with the Pats? I believe the Ravens might beat them next week, and the Colts are gonna squeak one out even with J Charles running wild, real ugly just like the game last year.

* 5-0 in the division
-
Dolphins 8-6 seem pretty descent after the bully scandal, the Bolts also seem pretty solid. The Rams are down right scary at times, crazy good pass rush. The Cards look great at times on the strength of their D, and the Bengals are just good. The Colts took some beatdowns, don't get me wrong, but they beat 3 great teams and lost to 5 good to very good teams. From my POV if this team keeps building on today and gets a lucky bounce or 2, they might get far enough to break my heart, and I'm okay with that. It's not 2004-05, it's all gravy in 2013-plus

I totally blame him for the division crown and a spot in the playofffs.
-
He'll have to get 1,000 carries to do it.
more like 850 carries, anything is possible
-
You guys do realize that our draft pick goes to the browns so why lose on purpose to help them.
There are 7 rounds, we only gave the browns our first. The thought of tanking for draft position at this point is beyond silliness.

I still don't think Pep is getting fired.
You are probably half right, but he can't pass up the Stanford job if it becomes available, problem solved.
-
Luck is too big to run wild cat. Rg3 and kaepernick are skinny and can move allot faster.
It would be a good experiment to get the offense moving but just for this year
oh you think I'm being cereal, the Wildcat yeah that's the ticket.
-
Throw in the kitchen sink, whatever it takes to get this offense moving. Wildcat? Anyone?
-
I am hoping The Stanford coach is hired by Texans, then Pep gets the Stanford job. Clean drama free split, decision made, mulligan please!
-
Best is Freeman, Worst TY. These choices are based on what I expected vs reality. The worst is really a toss up between DHB and McRibb.
-
It's a safe bet, bengals will hurt us good. luck will be scrambling all day. i just hope he is not harassed as much as last week, but that's HIGHLY doubtful.
J Worthy looks like a beast, and the Cards interior D-line was a match-up nightmare for the boys. I am not certain the Bengals are as strong up the middle as our last 2 opponents. It's a game of match-ups, who know the Colts might dominate Adkins back up and our tackles may take care of the edges and Colts roll Cats.
-
Probably, Jacksonville is left on the schedule.

*knocks on wood*..never say never my friend,,that can bring the thunder down, if you know what I mean..Hopefully we play well down the stretch and go into the playoff a little more healthy, and with some momentum.
There are 4 weeks left for this team to improve, if a couple of pass catchers get more comfortable (and actually catch the ball), the interior o-line plays with some heart, and Andrew plays better there is nothing that cannot be achieved by this team. Wins and losses don't matter at this point, (Titans will lose sooner than later) these coaches need to open up the play book and maybe try some less conventional plays and formations. The Colts are struggling but they are in a unique situation they have 4 free games to experiment with and find out what this group of men do well together. The Colts will be division champs and owe no apologies, use these games wisely Coach Pagano, the 3rd seed would be great but we have bigger fish to fry.
-
We have zero reliable pass catchers, and the interior o-line is terrible. The Colts are not SB contenders, they are sloppy and don't excell at much of anything, in the same breath don't let them hang around in a close game, they do know how to win in the 4th.
