Please feel free to post anything you know about potential picks in 2014.

I loved the play calling from Arians especially late on. Anyone else have any thoughts on it?
-
Anyone have any ideas on who might be #1 in the post-Wayne era?
-
My only thing about Long is that we could permanently sure up the exterior and go interior in the draft. We would probably keep Long at LT and switch Castonzo to the right.

Lets say we get a pick in the 5-12 range. We trade all the way back to 25 and pick up a 2nd. With those two picks i think o-linemen should be selected. With one we should take the best center so that he could be Luck's center for most of his career. The other could be warmack. Thoughts..
I agree in theory but only if Jarvis Jones has gone by that point.

Good point, I trust Grigson in finding O line talent
-
Anyone think we have any chance of getting Jake Long from Miami, can't remember if he has resigned or not.

I liked the O line yesterday, with the exception of W Justice. Shipley and Castonzo were great at keeping the blitzes in line. I have high hopes for Shipley long term.

Heart!

I like DB but he is maddeningly inconsistent.
I agree we'll never be a running team but he 's good enough to make defences account for him.
I like him as a pass protector chip blocker.
But I doubt he will ever be the 1000 yard rusher he was drafted to be.
I can see us going RB in an upcoming draft to get our 1k rusher.

I'm not sure but I gotta say I love what I'm seeing out of Marcus Mariota, Oregon.

Love everything about this game! ColtStrong has truly become ChuckStrong. Happy celebrating to Colts fans everywhere from the UK.

Incomplete!!!!! No way that's an int.

At last! ColtStrong!!

Nice throw nice catch, nice TD.

As a fan I would love to say 11th or 12th. But thinking as a realist, right now wins are a luxury. I would be happier with a top 5 pick, to get a difference maker on defence or an instant starter on the O line, than I would with a winning season.

QUESTION FOR OTHER USERS!
I am a new member so I can't post it as a topic. But here is my question...
If you we're the Colts front office would you trade Dwight Freeney now, at the end of the season, or not at all?

I see quite a high scoring game, and a very exciting game, thanks to a pair of leaky secondaries and two O lines that have been shaky at best during the first month of the season. They say defence wins championships, I think this game comes down to which secondary steps up to the plate come game time. And I'm not going to bet on that being the Colts'.
Packers 34 - Indy 21
A Luck 2TDs & 2INTs
A Rodgers 3TDs & 0INTs
Colts Team - 3
Packers Team Sacks - 3 (Matthews getting at least one of them)

I like the challenge that Arians has put to the O Line. But I think it is a little optimistic to say that because Castonzo shut down Jared Allen in week 2, that he will shut down Clay Matthews tomorrow. Clay is the most electric pass rusher in the league right now and is on a hot run. I believe he has the same amount of sacks in the first 4 weeks of this season that he had in the entire of last year's campaign (maybe more). I admire the fact that the Colts O line aren't afraid of him, and they shouldn't be, but I think it is very short sighted to plan for Castonzo to take him out of the game completely.

New school colts fan, gotta go with Edge at #32.
This is unacceptable for a number 1 overall pick

Luck is a very accurate passer if anything it the receivers who need to work on their drops. TY had two big drops in the Packers game and Fleener has had a lot of drops as well.
One thing I would agree with you on is that when Andrew has an inaccurate throw they are REALLY inaccurate. And unfortunately a few too many of them have been interceptions.
