I love Collie's consistency and his ability to change a game. Yet if i'm being realistic i can't see him putting on a Colts jersey again if he keeps getting concussions every other game. His family won't let him keep playing if its going to damage his heallth long term.

I like the mock, but dont buy that we draft a corner, especially when Jonathan Hankins is still available. Corner is nowhere near our biggest need.
I only want to take either a NT/DE/Haloti Ngata type player like Lotulelei or Hankins, or an OLB like Mingo or Jones. If none of these are available then i would trade down for more picks and maybe go after Bjoern Werner around pick 20.
-
I have voted for Wayne, Allen (FB), Mathis, Freeman and McAfee.
-
I like the sound of him, and if hes still there on day 3 then he may be worth a punt. But i wouldnt take an OLB that isnt a great pass rusher anywhere higher than round 4.
-
Nice job on the mock, but I can't see us going corner when we we have already effectively selected Vontae Davis with our 2nd rounder. I would much prefer a D-Lineman or an OLB.
Prospects I want in order of wanting (if that's a word):
1. Star Lotulelei NT/DE
2. Jonathan Hankins NT/DE
3. Julio Jones, Barkevious Mingo OLB (Evens)
4. Sam Montgomery OLB
5. TRADE DOWN Bjoern Werner
-
1. Leadership
2. Mobility

Okafor is looking like a 2nd or 3rd rounder. Jones doesn't have the physical tools to be a first rounder. I do like Mathews though.
I like Matthews too. But I don't want to pick a RT in 1st round in the second year of rebuilding. It is a lot easier to O-Line talent in FA than it is to find a quality pass rusher.

We pick 7th.
1. Star Lotulelei NT/DE
3. Dion Jordan OLB
4. Interior O-Lineman
-
Just wanna remind everyone that he has better numbers than Peyton did at this point in his rookie year.
-
Davis....easily. I mean like, really easily. Davis has stopped us from being absolutely torched by recievers through this season. Wayne is gunna be around until at least 2015, and we have a workable recieving corps.
-
Thank god, someone who is big enough to play NT is actually going to be playing NT soon!
-
I can see us being the exact opposite of the 9ers. In a good way. Great Offense, good defense.
-
so people wanting us to take hankins or lotulelei project them as a DE?
I project either of them turning into our Haloti Ngata position. They can both play outside as a DE or inside as Zero Technique NT. I know that these picks take some hits on here but we need someone to rush the passer on the inside to take the pressure off of Mathis and whoever replaces Freeney. We need the disruptive presence on the DL to go along with Cory Redding and Fili Moala. It is a lot easier to find OL talent in free agency than it is to find someone who can do that.

If Star or Hankins arent there when we pick then we should probably trade back.
-
The only one i think needs improvement is TY Hilton, he had a few big drops today.

Anyone on the team just not getting it done so far this season??
-
Any thoughts on players who are just not doing well enough on the team??

Loved Ballard this week, the speed of Donald Brown with the smashmouth ferocity that Brown sometimes lacks imo. Some more carries next week please.
-
Loving the first half, everyone on their game!
-
He didnt make more than 1 positive yard in the first 4 plays in the video. I need to see some increase in production to think of him as a serious prospect to watch.
-
I like the mock but I question whether we should look at OLB in the 3rd or a SS to compete for a starting spot.
-
Both Freeman and Connor have been playing well, but Freeman has the momentum and has earned the spot.
-
Anyone know anything about Dion Jordan OLB, Oregon? I only watched him against Arizona St. But he looked good as a rush linebacker.
-
Apart from Jerry Hughes, I haven't got a clue.
