who is your PR/KR if Natson is on PS OP?
If Rogers is ready to go Week 1 then I think we would be the PR and the KR would be someone like Mack. I'd really like Natson to make the team but I see them wanting to put him on the PS for now. Natson has a good chance to be our PR/KR Week 1, this was just my guess as to what our team would look like Week 1. I could see the Colts cutting either Hunt or Spence to make room for Natson. I do think if Rogers will be injured for Week 1 that Natson is on the active roster.

Notes
- Martin makes the team for safety depth. Even though Green can "technically" play S, I'd rather have 4 full-time safeties on the roster until Geathers is back.
- I think Natson could make the team, but I think (likes Darell Daniels) he will be on the PS until an injury keeps a WR out for an extended period of time. If Rogers will be hurt for the next couple weeks, Natson makes the team. But for now he's on the PS.
- Pagano mentioned Culliver as a potential Davis replacement, so he makes the team over White.
- 10 linebackers is probably too many, but I think it's good to have that kind of depth for this defense. They could use all the men they can get.
- Bond is probably going to start until Kelly comes back. Kelly could be on IR Designated for Return so Vujnovich or Redmond would make the team.
- Not sure who starts at ILB, I'm going with Bostic and Morrison.
-
Kelly can not be on the PUP list, but I saw a report that he may be placed on the IR Designated for Return list, so he still won't take up a roster spot.

Kelly cant be put on PUP. Considering Vujnovich started at RT yesterday and Clark has continued to look poor, I think they keep him. Plus he can play 4 out of 5 spots on the line. Also, is Daryl Morris hurt? I havent seen him play yet and I thought he was supposed to be the starting nickel.
Thanks for pointing out the Kelly injury, I thought he was on the PUP list for some reason. I haven't seen much of Morris either. He must be hurt or they have him at the bottom of the depth chart. I can see them keeping Vujnovich, but I don't know if he can play center if they need him to.

Notes
- Powell makes the team for safety depth
- I think they keep Dorsett for at least one more year. It costs too much to cut him and they would still have $1 mil in dead cap if he's traded ($1 mil isn't much but I think it makes more sense to give him one more year). If Dorsett does get traded, I think ILB Rhodes takes his spot on the roster.
- I can see them cutting Melvin but I think he stays for now
- Natson has had a great preseason and I think he'll make the team and be the return specialist. He has 111 receiving yards and 7 rushing yards through 2 preseason games.
- Pope has done well and will make it as the #4 HB
- Mingo and Hunt have cut potential but I think have played well enough to make the team. Hunt can be a valuable asset for special teams and Mingo has great athletic traits and can be productive if he utilizes them correctly.
- Boyd makes the team at C with Kelly hurt. Schwenke is hurt right now as well so they need another player who can play C on the roster.
- I think Morris has played very well and should make the roster, but I wouldn't be shocked if they keep him on the practice squad for another year.

Who is your return man since you don't think they will keep Bray?
I think they'll use Rogers as the return man, but I think there is a good chance they keep Bray as a returner. I just wasn't able to find a spot for him when I made up this 53-man roster.

Mingo has a good shot at making the roster. I just wasn't sure who's place he would take on the roster. Possibly Maggitt. I don't see Party making the roster. Off the field issues and I think McGill and Woods are better. With Marlon Mack being drafted I think Ferguson will be cut.

This is my way too early prediction for the Colts 53-man roster. We will probably have at least one UDFA on the roster, but I didn't include one in this projection. Who do you think the Colts will have on their roster for Week 1?

1. Browns - DE Myles Garrett
Garrett is a monster athlete and it would take a lot for the Browns to have the audacity to pass up on him.
2. 49ers - DE Solomon Thomas
Adds pass rush and help to stop the run. 49ers had the worst run defense last year.
3. Bears - S Jamal Adams
Bears had the 7th worst pass defense and 6th worst run defense. Adams has all the tools to help in both categories.
4. Jaguars - HB Leonard Fournette
Yeldon is still young, but having Fournette in the backfield will help take some of the pressure off of Bortles.
5. Titans - CB Marshon Lattimore
Titans had the 3rd worst pass defense last year. The best CB in the draft should help that problem.
6. Jets - TE O.J. Howard
Jets tight ends combined for 18 catches last year. Jets need a solid tight end and Howard is the best one in the draft.
7. Chargers - S Malik Hooker
No team could pass up a ball-hawking safety like Hooker at this part of the draft.
8. Panthers - WR John Ross
While I think this could be too early for Ross, he would be a deep threat that Cam Newton once had in Ted Ginn.
9. Bengals - DE Jonathan AllenThe Bengals can't pass up Top 5 talent at #9.
10. Bills - WR Corey DavisBills need another WR. Their only real WR threat is Sammy Watkins, who's injured a lot.
11. Saints - DE Derek BarnettSaints need help getting to the QB.
12. Browns - QB Mitchell TrubiskyBrowns have an interest in Trubisky at #1, but they should be able to get him at #12.
13. Cardinals - ILB Reuben FosterTheir ILBs consist of Buchanon and an aging Dansby. Foster would be a great pick up for the future of their ILB group.
14. Eagles - CB Gareon ConleyEagles need a solid corner to help solidify their secondary.
15. Colts - LB Haason ReddickReddick will continue the revamp of the linebacking corps.
16. Ravens - WR Mike WilliamsRavens need another WR to play alongside Wallace and Perriman after the retirement of Smith Sr.
17. Redskins - S Jabrill PeppersPeppers is a dynamic defender that will bolster the safety group.
18. Titans - DE Takarrist McKinleyTitans could go CB here, but with a deep class of CBs, it would be hard to pass up McKinley. He would a nice addition as a 3-4 OLB to the Titans defense.
19. Buccaneers - HB Christian McCaffreyWith uncertainties at HB with Martin and Sims, Bucs could add McCaffrey to improve the run game and be a passing option in the slot.
20. Broncos - OT Ryan RamczykThe Broncos need offensive line help badly, especially at OT. Ramczyk will help improve this weak O-line.
21. Lions - LB Jarrad DavisOutside of Whitehead, the linebacking corps needs more pieces. Davis should be a Day 1 starter for the Lions.
22. Dolphins - DE Taco CharltonDolphins need more edge rush, especially since Jordan and Williams didn't work out.
23. Giants - DT Malik McDowellWith the loss of Hankins, the Giants could use another body on the D-line.
24. Raiders - HB Dalvin CookWhile it appears that Lynch will be heading to the Raiders, the Raiders need to add a young RB to the mix.
25. Texans - OT Garrett BollesTheir defense is set but have questions at QB. They can get a QB later on and add a lineman to help protect their next QB.
26. Seahawks - CB Kevin KingWith a potential Sherman trade, the Seahawks need help at CB, even if Sherman is not traded. King would fit in with the Seattle defense.
27. Chiefs - QB Deshaun WatsonChiefs could be looking for a new QB with Alex Smith being basically a game manager. The versatile QB can take over when Smith is done in Kansas City.
28. Cowboys - DE Charles HarrisWith a solid team already, their defense could use more pass rush help off the edge. Harris has a high motor that can provide pass rush.
29. Packers - LB T.J. WattPackers get another pass rusher to add to the duo of Matthews and Perry.
30. Steelers - TE David NjokuJesse James, Ladrius Green, and Antonio Brown make up the WR/TE corps. Adding Njoku would be a big help to the TE group. Njoku can be lined up anywhere on the field with helps the WR group as well.
31. Falcons - OG Forrest LampFalcons have a decent O-line, but could use another G to pave the way for Freeman and Coleman.
32. Saints - CB Tre-Davious WhiteSaints had the worst pass defense in the NFL last year. White is a solid CB that will help solve their secondary issues.

Third round is not too early to take a RB, but we could probably get Hunt or an equivalent in the 4th.
I read that Anzalone had a great senior bowl, he's interesting as a later round pick.
Is Jones in the 5th realistic? I've seen him projected in the 2-3 range.
I saw that Jones on CBS Sports has a 5th round projection, and NFL.com had him listed as the 12th best DT and going in the 5th round in the latest mock draft. Fox Sports said Rounds 3-5. I guess its possible he goes earlier, but I figured with character concerns and previous injuries that he could be there in the 5th.

Awuzie has a first round grade from many teams, I've heard. Same with King.
There's no way he falls to the fourth.
Switch Josh Jones with John Johnson. I think I have my players mixed up. I was thinking John Johnson was the safety with a 1-2 round grade, and Josh Jones was the safety with a 3-4 round grade. Sorry for the confusion.

Yes that's who I meant. I must have put Johnson when I was looking at a list of safeties and saw John Johnson.

LB, CB, S, DT, are the biggest draft needs. I wouldn't draft an OL in the 1st with defense being a big need. I would wait until next year to draft an OL, and use what we have in Good, Clark, and Haeg.
First Round: Haason Reddick LB
Reuben Foster could be here as well, but I think Reddick has a better chance of being there at 15.
Second Round: Marlon Humphrey CB
He could be a late first rounder, but I think players like Conley, White, and Awuzie will go before him, which could push him to the second round.
Third Round: Kareem Hunt RB
Might be too early for a RB, but the last few late round RBs we have drafted haven't done much for us. Wouldn't be a bad idea to grab a young RB to complement Gore and Turbin.
Fourth Round: Jourdan Lewis CB
Like Humphrey, he could fall a little further in the draft due to the CBs I think will be taken in front of him.
Fourth Round: Josh Johnson S
We have three fourth rounders, so grabbing a safety would be a good idea, and is a necessity since we would have Geathers and Butler back there at the moment. Green is still an unknown, so picking up Johnson wouldn't be bad for S depth.
Fourth Round: Alex Anzalone LB
Past injuries will push him back to day three of the draft. He will contribute to the linebacker revamp.
Fifth Round: Jarron Jones DT
Football character concerns and past injuries will push him back to where we draft, but in the 5th round I think it would be a decent idea to give it a shot.

Due to a serious injury he suffered, he's retiring at the age of 24. Was named second team All-Pro this year.

Patriots 31 Steelers 28
Bell has may fantastic all year long and a force to be reckon with in the postseason, but the Patriots will still edge out a win. Tom Brady is just too hard to defeat, especially when he's at home. Still should be a close game and fun to watch.
Packers 35 Falcons 31
Green Bay has the weaker defense and this will end up being a shootout, but Rodgers is the hottest QB right now and is most likely the best QB in the league. I'm going with Green Bay but the Atlanta offense is more than capable of getting just as hot as Rodgers and winning this game.

Man, those stats are awesome. Thanks for posting!
It'd be interesting to see which one leads in YAC.

It is crazy looking at the amount of yardage TY gets on way less catches, yet the amount of touchdowns Marvin caught.
According to Fox Sports & Sporting Charts:
Through their first 5 seasons
T.Y. Hilton has 1,893 yards after the catch
Marvin Harrison had 1,319 yards after the catch
Reggie Wayne had 1,206 yards after the catch
-
T.Y. Hilton, Marvin Harrison, and Reggie Wayne through their first 78 games:
Hilton: 374 catches, 5,861 yards, 30 TDs
Harrison: 424 catches, 5,735 yards, 50 TDs
Wayne: 308 catches, 4,231 yards, 28 TDs
T.Y. Hilton, Marvin Harrison, and Reggie Wayne career numbers (Hilton's total is based on what he is on pace for if he plays 200 career games. Wayne played 211 games and Harrison played 190 games, so I took the average of the two numbers):
Hilton: 956 catches, 15,028 yards, 77 TDs
Harrison: 1,102 catches, 14,507 yards, 128 TDs
Wayne: 1,070 catches, 14,345 yards, 82 TDs
-
I thought Turbin played well as a backup to Gore. He didn't have a lot of yards but he was a good goal-line back and a good 3rd down back. He had 8 total touchdowns this year. Do you think the Colts will re-sign him?

Do they really think CJ Prosise is better?
They must have a lot of confidence in him and Rawls moving forward. Even if they thought Prosise was better, there doesn't seem to be a clear reason why they would release someone with 469 yards and 6 TDs.
