  1. Dusty... would you please give us the pleasure of sharing your commentary on the Colts O with the board?  I personally find your golden nuggets of wisdom  refreshing.

    Thank you in advance.

P.S. I send that reference to your daddy. Good luck.

  2. True that the Patriots have been through some growing pains but it's coming together plus it doesn't help that you hold the Patriots to a much higher standard any other team in the NFL (who doesn't right?). They're still better than our beloved Colts and still climbing.

  3. Awesome!  We're 8th in points scored and 7th in points allowed.

*goes to buy a flight to NJ in February*

I see the Colts in the AFCCG. You don't think they're good enough? This is assuming by "WE" you mean the Colts?

  4. You do realize the Pats are currently ranked 9th in points scored? Not to mention 8th in points allowed. Teams that are in the top 10 in both categories generally go deep into the playoffs and represent their conference in the SB.

9th and climbing fast. On the O side of the ball things have gone as predicted by those in the know. BB is having a good year. He's at his best with this type of team situation. He's loving the kids and the teaching. I can't remember seeing him this involved on the sidelines in the past.

  5. Sorry. I hate to be redundant.

This is why Miami sucks. The locker room in any sport should be a place of team and confidence building. If it's not there's a serious lack of leadership. Cogs is a * and I feel for Martin. There's nothing wrong with Martin for not having a killer instinct. Many rookies and young players have become THE leader by slamming the bully before he can utter a word. Old sayings are old because they are true. If there's not a huge physical mismatch the best thing to do is pick the biggest bully and just bounce with nothing said. The fact that Martin doesn't have this type of mental makeup should be a plus a plus for the Fins. Gentle giants have something to offer a team as well as the loud guy. This screams lack of leadership from the coach down.

  6. It's a bad call. We see them every week. The sad part is there are seven officials on the field and three more working the sidelines. Every eligible receiver has an official assigned to watch him. There should be fewer lousy calls.

Get back to play. Every review doesn't need to take so long. Most are very obvious.

  8. I don't care who a team hangs 55 on...that's a lot of points and a noteworthy accomplishment. Why are we always trying to minimize the Patriots success? They're the Patriots and are once again one of the best teams in the NFL and a chronic SB contender. They're getting better which is what good teams do as the season progresses. It's amazing what they have overcome this season. Here's not another organization in the league that can do what they have so far. I know we thought this would be the year they finally fell on there face but there's always next year right?
