Colts and Bears swap spots. Miami trades up to get their QB.

I got one I’m surprised wasn’t mentioned yet....Cato June...very important in our super bowl run and has a cool name. I think many people forget he was a 6th rounder

I would say we might trade down if it’d be like the Bears at 8...I don’t see us trading to 12 or 15 like the “experts” say

I think depth is important, but Acker does not seem, to me, to be quality depth which I think is more important than cheap depth.
Did he play special teams any? Maybe helpful in that regard?

I would rather have slauson at RG then haeg
I actually forgot about him...you win

Howard has been a serviceable starter throughout his career. He would be a nice stop gap for a couple of years. It would allow us to spend more picks on Defense and such in the draft, which is where I think focus needs to be.
A starting line of-
Castanzo- LT
Mewhort- LG
Kelly- C
Haeg/ draft pick- RG
Howard-RT
Would be pretty solid IMHO
-
I’m fine with it...all it means is all we can do is exceed expectations. With Luck healthy there’s no way we finish with the worst record...book it.

Teegray Scales...this guy was all over the field for IU....I think he will be a steal in round 4 or 5
-
B would be awesome...two great DE prospects in Chubb and Carter. OL Help in Price and Miller and I think Scales is a sneaky good MLB pick
-
I’d be in favor of bringing him in. Good size at 6’3”...let’s go CB he is even young at 26
-
I like it...Reich likes two TEs...let’s get an OL now

I watched Fluker a lot with the Chargers and he was NOT very good. We have better linemen on the team right now.
Remember there are scheme fits...some guys look terrible zone blocking but are good in power blocking...he might surprise you
-
If he comes away with Pouncey and Fluker and resigns Mewhort I’d feel pretty good...let’s pump the brakes again people

I hope this doesn't mean Jensen is out of the running, and the Colts are actually trying to get two guards which they desperately need.
I really don't think this rules Jensen out.. 1. we really need 3 linemen 2 Guards and a RT. 2. Jensen can play either G spot, as can Pugh. 3. Pugh has played some RT so he could be an option there. 4. I saw where Jensen is still meeting with Colts staff today and he plans on making a decision by tomorrow.
All and all we were getting frustrated with Ballard, but he seems to have been hitting lots of agents up. Right now we are meeting with Grant, Jensen, and Mafawa(the Cowboys LB I know thats not the right speeling). On top of that Ebron is visiting on Sunday and we are trying to get Pugh in here. Things are looking much more positive than a couple of days ago.

What I read said the Colts among other teams were all in as suitors for him...not the colts were all in to sign him...a little misleading title
-
Isn’t the 89% though based on a three year average?
-
Not a bad signing...had 5 sacks last year, so hopefully it gets completed
-
In a couple of years the Jags will have big issues...how to resign Ramsey, jack, etc...
