  1. If the guy cant be counted on for anything over 50 yards.

then he should not be on the team.

He hit the upright. And normally he actually hits the difficult ones.

He's pretty steady when it really matters.

  2. I swear, I'm not sure if people even watch the games. As strange as it may sound, our O-line played absolutely great today. Miami has one of the best d-line's in football and for the most part, we contained them very well. The O-line had absolutely nothing to do with the loss today.

    This.

  3. You guys are saying the Colts got screwed. I gave examples that they weren't. The refs let them play. Miami won. Luck was outplayed.

As I mentioned, we didn't play well in the 2nd half, but to take away a TD and a clear hold at the end (both plays, that could change the game late dramatically) is not comparable to those plays you mentioned.

I mean, we also didn't get unnessesary roughness on some plays. Those goes both way, as you sure also had some missed calls, I assume. But a TD taken away on a clear mistake is different.

  4. 290 yards 1 TD 0 INT last year against the colts.....fast forward a year and we have added Mike Wallace and Brandon Gibson to this offense, if you count the 3 starting receivers of each team for this year and their production last year, miami is a top 5 unit with yards combined....sean smith is gone, the secondary you will see this sunday is complete different from last year...they already had 3 picks last week, that didn't happen until week 5 last year if i remember correctly....i think miami wins, because the front 7 will keep luck under fire all game....say hello to the speed package, also dwayne allen is doubtful to play and your whole starting LB unit is questionable to play, so even if they play, how effective are they going to be, i'm worried about luck, he is a great player, but i see a total advantage in favor of miami when it comes to our offense playing your D

And the Colts have upgraded their secondary, D- and O-line.

I agree Dolphins is better than last year, but the Colts was inexperienced and full of rookies last year with a horrendous O-line. Things have changed there as well.

  5. That is all right. I am just as glad that they don't depend on your ability to evaluate that talent. Donald Brown was close to being cut from the team. If they sign an expensive replacement to Ballard, he may still be and pass protection would be one of the major reasons.

Did you even see the link from his 2011 season? Don't be so stubborn for no reason.

  6. What does Mayock mean here?

“I’d kind of take Andrew Luck and move him to the side similar to the way I did when Peyton Manning was a rookie,” NFL Network analyst Mike Mayock said. “That’s the way I feel about him.

Does that mean he feels Luck is so good, he is in his own category?  The same way Peyton was so good coming out of college that he was put in his own category by some?

    I thought the same.

  7. 1. Andrew Luck was 10/11 on Oakland's blitzes. Much of that was due to Vick Ballard being very efficient on their blitzes. I really hope Bradshaw is 100 percent, since he propably will match or perhaps better Ballard in the blocking area.

Our O-line versus their D-line and linebackers blitzing will determine much of the outcome of this game.

    2. Dolphins couldn't get any running game going, and the Colts did a good job against Darren McFadden. I believe we will do very good against their running game, and make them one dimensional.

Hopefully we'll be much better coming after the QB in this game.

  8. 26 Andrew Luck, QB IND 339 627 54.1 4,374 6.98 70 23 18 41 76.5 273 27 Ryan Tannehill, QB MIA 282 484 58.3 3,294 6.81 80 12 13 35 76.1 206 28 Jake Locker, QB TEN 177 314 56.4 2,176 6.93 71 10 11 25 74.0 198 29 Brandon Weeden, QB CLE 297 517 57.4 3,385 6.55 71 14 17 28 72.6 226

Only four points apart in passing rating. I would say that is a pretty close comparison. Of course, Luck chucked it on just about every play.

Talking numbers doesn't do it for me. Look at how clutch he was. Look at his 2 minute drills. His comebacks in 4th quarter. His record setting yards. His battling with a horrendous O-line, which also didn't help the running game. Add all this into the mix, and Luck is miles ahead.
