  1. 2014 Colts free agents:

    Pat Angerer

    Antoine Bethea

    Ahmad Bradshaw

    Donald Brown

    Sergio Brown

    Kavell Connor

    Vontae Davis

    Aubrayo Franklin

    Darrius Heyward-Bey

    Jeff Linkenbach

    Mike McGlynn

    Fili Moala

    Pat McAfee

    Lawrence Sidbury

    Cassius Vaughn

    Adam Vinatieri

The ones in bold are the ones I'd like to re-sign. Although I don't see Donald getting re-signed to be a #3 back (behind Ballard/Richardson), he'll probably getting more money elsewhere.

hmm, your probably right Brown might go elsewhere but we can sign Bradshaw for cheap, and he was effective til he got hurt.  Linkenbach i like cuz he can play different positions okay, so he a good subistute.  the rest of your opinion are the same as mine lol.

  2. WR should be the least of the Colts concerns. I could name 5 more things that are more important.

    OG

    C

    DL (Redding replacement)

ILB (Doubt Angerer and Conner both return)

DB (CB&S depth is important pending Davis and Bethea)

Your Forgetting that Reggie Wayne is close to ending his contract and We need a #1 WR to Fill that postition( noticed i said fill and not replace cuz lets face it til we can awesome WR like him there is no replacing him) so WR is a big need for us not for next season but after that cuz he will probably retire and i would like him to get mentored by reggie before he does

  3. i can say i like yur draft picks but i just dont see getting Skov or Robinson, not saying we cant, but i like your thinking for one we need a #1 WR after Reggie Wayne leaves and it would be great to have him mentored for at lease a year under him befoire he leaves, but i hope we can get a steal at G, or C at the 3rd round but i doubt it since we seem to draft O-Linemen late in the draft

and if Brown keeps up we probably wont be able to afford him, or just simply asked to much and we will land on another team, which sucks but bradshaw we should be able to get, if he decides not to retire

  4. Team Needs: WR, ILB, C, G, CB, Back up S

Round 2 Pick 28: Allen Robinson, WR, Penn State (A)

Round 3 Pick 30 (K.C.): Shayne Skov, ILB, Stanford (A)

Round 5 Pick 28: Boseko Lokombo, OLB, Oregon (A)

Round 6 Pick 13 (STL): Bryan Stork, C, Florida State (A)

Round 6 Pick 28: Bennett Jackson, CB, Notre Dame (A)

Round 7 Pick 10: Colt Lyerla, TE, Oregon (B-)

Round 7 Pick 13 (STL): Sean Parker, SS, Washington (F)

Resign:  Bethea, Davis, McAfee,Vinateri, Brown ( Cheap) or Bradshaw ( cheap)

Sign: Alex Mack, Arthur Jones, Sam Shields, Alameda Ta'amu

i can say i like yur draft picks but i just dont see getting Skov or Robinson, not saying we cant, but i like your thinking for one we need a #1 WR after Reggie Wayne leaves and it would be great to have him mentored for at lease a year under him befoire he leaves, but i hope we can get a steal at G, or C at the 3rd round but i doubt it since we seem to draft O-Linemen late in the draft

  5. IMO, your free agents choices don't make any sense to me for one, No to Edelman for the fact we will try to get one more than likely in the draft, or after it which will be the only shot he will have to getting to are team and i just don't see it happening, I believe are DT's are doing just fine so why try to throw more money ino a position that we don't need to fix right now?.....we got bigger problems.......Signing the guard from Kansas i can agree with because lets face it are O-line has some holes and by that i mean a huge hole, wish we would sign a 3rd round draft pick on a center this draft but it not going to happen with Satele getting a big pay check next year so might have to wait til next year. And why would we want Spencer we got Werner who got hurt and still needs to find out if hes any good, and Walden granted the the best LB but he does do his job in setting the edge, or at least i think so. granted he does make mistakes, but who doesn't.

  6.

Used to play for the Steelers last year, He has got quite a bit of speed.......Kick Return guy...Possible Punt Return

That's kinda what I was thinking. Hed be better than reed haha

oh well if thats the case i hope we get him to replace Reed on kick returns and get T.Y. off punts....i would like this

  7. Saw on bleacher report that he was.comin in this week? I'm on my phone so I don't think I can link the tweet but it looks like Adam Caplan retweeted it from Rainey himself. Do we need him though? haha

look like he might be prone to fumbling, rushed 24 times and caught 16 catches and fumbled 3 times lost one, 3.9 yds per rush and 4.1 yards pre catch, sounds iffy, i dont think we need him though, at least trent isnt prone to fumbling

  8. They should look into improving the OL coaching.

i could agree with you, but with Satele always just getting pushed around and sometimes knocked down an OL coach cant fix things like that rally he can teach him a technique to try to prevent it a really but i just dont think Satele is a good player fix that problem and it still exsist than look somewhere else but til than i think some other things have got to change

  9. I would take Powers over Toler. Powers is making more plays in Arizona than Toler is.

powers didnt fit well in are system and it showed last year he was getting beat by recievers a lot, not saying hes a bad cb, cuz who knows maybe powers would be better than toler in arizona's system you never know but here toler was better

  10. No, i wouldnt change anything when it comes to the coaching staff, Pep as been doing i decent job, been making some good plays the last two games so i think his play calling has been doing better as a whole, Mandusky(misspelled i know) has been doing alright, though his playcalling i think was a bit off last game but with the players on d hes been missing mismatches are going to happen.  well see how well hge does if he gets Toler and some of the other guys back and i bet we will see a big difference in are Defense.  and on the offense side of the ball mainly is try to get are O-line to get the push like they were doing in the 2nd half against the titans but do it throughout the game not when were trying to only play catch up.

  11. Hmmmm don't think I've ever called Trent a bust, just saying he is not playing well. I'm glad that our coach gave brown the most opportunities because he works in this system.

Also i dont think ive ever said to bench dhb, but if i did than id love for you to find it and show to me.

When we started using Trent as a blocker/3rd down back and not an all down runner that Is when we started Winning, same with putting dhb know the bench.

So I'll just sit here and wait for you to find where I said Trent is a bust or where to bench dhb (not sure about that one but I could be wrong).

o0k i was wrong, it was someone else, we just make comments on some of the same topics so i just made a simple mistake, im sorry

  12. I like how you give Pep some credit.  I haven't liked his play calling these last few weeks (actually, all season long to be honest), but he has shown some changes recently.  I would decrease Manusky's grade though.  We played way too conservatively.  As a coaching staff, they can't be afraid to put their foot on the gas pedal and really take it to a team when we are up.  If the Titans recovered that onside kick, they could have easily scored another TD given how Fitzpatrick was shredding our defense.  Also, I recall seeing LBs on Kendall Wright and Angerer on Walker when they were clear mismatches.

all way to often, i think almost all of Walker's catches were when Angerer was covering him and i know wright was covered by a lb a few time, sure mismatches

  13. I don't quite get your demographics you postulated, why do Broncos and Seahawks Fans hate us so much exactly? I would have thought it was more likely to be Pats/Texans...

we have gave them both their first losses in the season and i think there only loss so far......seems like a good reason to a point

  14. Y'all fall under the etc etc. Too many people to type haha

Maybe at the end of the season if the mods allow me I'll make a thread about a list of my favorite posters

fairly new but im sure if im not on it i might be one day i hope

  15. They might have also moved him to the active roster because Buffalo had some WR injuries and maybe they were concerned the Bills would take him off their PS.

that an interesting theory, didnt think of that one, but i hope he get into a few games and have at lease 5 targets a game....just to see how he preforms

  16. Wait. You mean he's not a second round bust now? And Grigson may know talent?

Sorry, that's not what I've learned from a lot of people who know better.

Now, let's get back to how sorry a trade that was for Richardson...

lol and you expect someone to be great at learning a new scheme when he has had to learn 3 new playbooks in 2 years and hes only been in the nfl for 2 years....seems a bit ruff imo, i dont think many people could prevail in such a short time just saying

  17. But it doesn't mean anything more than 3 wins. The first 8 weeks of a season is entirely different than the 2nd 8 weeks where the men usually separate from the boys.

Beating a team with a bad or good record has little to do with who you are or will determine the next game. There isn't as much that separates NFL teams as people think there is and someone has to lose. Or in other words beating 3 good teams will never entitle you to beat a under 500 team.

The exceptions always exist of course- such as the 85 Bears.

beating a good team is well beating a good team, granted are they going to get better in the 2nd half sure, but so are we, not saying if we go against them that we will win, but we would still give them a challenge, you merely looking at it as just a win is like beating Denver and beating Jacksonville means the same thing, which isn't true cuz Denver is SB worthy team and Jacksonville isn't, granted i know beating Jacksonville for is is considered 2 wins for us but i was trying to state a point.

  18. I hate that expression. Rarely do wins and losses actually denote skill level beyond good, bad, or average. Record is the only thing that matters in the standings, but beyond that its a godawful way to analyze a teams talent level.

i agree, but we did win against 49ers, Denver, and Seattle so that has to say something

  19. Guys, what are we arguing about anymore? Trent's a bust.  It's been decided by the Colts fanbase.  Let it go...He sucks.  Colts fanbase knows it, which is why the coaching staff knows it...what's there to argue anymore?  you're all stupid if you think Trent isn't a bust.  Just stop it.

you pull the trigger to soon obviously because for one only been here for 8 weeks.....the rookies had more time to learn the playbook with just training camp, ota's and preseason...which is when your suppose to learn your playbook, not in the middle of the season like trent is.....

    2. started trent to early in colts offense which sapped his confidence

    3. doesnt trust his O-Line by the looks of it or doesnt trust himself, im sure by next preseason he will overcome it

    4. like to cut early, and misses his hole, or just runs in the defenders and tries to break tackles, which i believe is good but hitting the hole is better obviously.
