  2. I doubt that we would ever get a 2019 1st from them. @scooter4910 has a good point about the 2nds though. Would rather have their two 2nds (53,56) and their high 3rd (65) instead of the 22nd overall to go with the 12th pick. We got a lot of holes that we didn't fill in FA and think a trade like this would be great for both teams. We get picks we need and the bills don't feel like we fleeced them.

Honestly, not much has changed with the trade in terms of who we take. Chubb, Barkley, and Nelson are all still likely to be there.

I like Nelson but I wouldn’t take him over Chubb. I’ve said in the past that positional value is overrated, but we’re switching to a 4-3. Finding that base DE to be the cornerstone piece is important. The interior O-line depth in this class is great. We can get a guard at anytime.

I love Nelson as a prospect but like you said interior depth is good in this years draft.  Would rather go Wynn, Hernandez or Price early in the 2nd.

Sames goes with all the guys beating the Ward drum.  CB depth in this draft is great but i think the top end is lacking.  Could get a guy like Jackson, Hughes, Oliver, Alexander or Davis early and the 2nd.  Heck if we don't mind rolling the dice we could get Holton Hill with our 4th.

The drop at DE is what worries me.  Chubb is in a class of his own and I don't think that is a position that we could address in rounds 2 and 3 and still get a great player.

I'm always surprised this stuff comes out at the Combine.  Don't colleges screen for these things during a player's collegiate career?  I would have thought something as serious as this would have been discovered before the Combine

Colleges don't give a flying "F" about these guys.  What really surprises me is that there hasn't been a class action lawsuit about concussions like the NFL had.  NCAA has way bigger pockets than the NFL.

If they plan to draft a QB the logical thing to do would be use the number 1 pick and make sure they get who they want. If they wait until the 4th pick it's possible 3 could be gone.

Math isn't my strongest subject but if the Browns hold the 1st and 4th picks and decide to pass at QB at the 1 spot wouldn't there only 2 players picked before they're up again?  Would still leave them with at least one of either Allen/Darnold/Rousen.(or Mayfield if you're a believer).  For a group that hasn't really separated from each other I would say picking their top rank player @ 1 and wait until 4 to address QB is what would be best for that organization.

  7. Did a first pick mock and if we could walk away with 1/2 these guys i would be ecstatic.

  8. Lamp may be the only legit 1st round talent for the o-line this year and feel if we were to draft him this year we can really focus on fixing all the problems on the D in the future. Defensive depth in this draft is deep.  Feel we can get a borderline stud CB in the 2nd and possible the 3rd if you want to wait on Sidney Jones.

    Castonzo/Mewhort/Kelly/Lamp/Haeg

That is a might fine line and feel we can put the protect Luck thing to bed for a while.

I would be ok with drafting oline first if we can get a good starter. I feel the colts are one G away from having a solid oline.

I am really getting behind drafting Lamp in the 1st then drafting a CB in the 2nd (most years these 2nd rounders would be classed as 1st round talents).  If Sidney Jones is available @ our 3rd pick then I would be giddy going back to back CB's.  4th round I see us having to grab a RB and possibly a NT if we don't address in FA.  Not liking the depth @ ILB in this years draft so we may have to wait to address next year or groom our own guys.

Would like to know the boards feeling on Dede Westbrook.  I like the talent and think he'll be there with one of our 4ths and Ballard was in KC draft room when they took Hill so do they forget the off field stuff and take a chance?  I know it sounds bad but I'm getting a little fed up on the Colts passing on some character issue guys in college and they turn out to be fine in the NFL

He's the player I want the most but I don't see him being there. How mad would everyone be if he went to Philly right before us?

Speaking of Philly thought i heard awhile back that they were shopping Kendricks.  If we can get him on the cheap (one of our 4th's?) it could be a steal.  Think he has 3 years on his contract and I don't think its a huge cost.
