    A month ago, I didn't even know there was such a thing as a derecho. Now, the radio tells me that we have a 30% of being hit by another one this afternoon. I long to go back to the good old days when I was so blissfully unaware of this cruel trick by mother nature.

      If you like Sci Fi books they are a good read, much better than movie but have to read a little slow to keep up with info at first

      Love the books/ Didn't care for the movie either, they tried to cram too much info into a short time. I don't see how anyone that hadn't read the book beforehand would have realized what was going on in the movie/ Have read the book series a couple of times, may reread again in near future
