I am not proposing this. The performance of the team and organization has certainly not been up to expectations. Sorry for the understatement fans. This just popped into my head, didn't know if he was still around, pulled up the list of staff and Chudzinski is still on the payroll. With all the talk about Pagano on the way out, anyone thing this might be an interim move? Haven't really heard his name mentioned since he was brought on board last year.

I must be missing something special here. Don't see anything special about his numbers for returns. Seems we have this much talent and ability already on the roster for doing returns.

I am obviously in the minority here or just too stupid to see the need for this proposal.
1. We have only lost 1 game, not the season. Didn't start out great last year either.
2 I didn't see any of the Coaches, Gm, or Owners out on the field yesterday missing blocks, missing catches, overthrowing passes, missing tackles, fumbling the ball. Seems to me this loss and problems are on the players. they are all better than this and surely had an off day. ; Hopefully a wake up call to them to get their s___ together.

The new year is set up and ready to roll, let the games begin. Hope that all who participated last year will join in again, and would love for anyone else interested to join us. Have 2 leagues set up, one is for Survival Football, same set up as last year with 1 lowest score being dropped. Could change this number but I like the 1 only, allows for one really bad week or a week when you forget to log in and pick your game.
Other is the Pro Pickem where you try to pick the winner of every game for that week. Reminder that the week always begins with the Thursday game .

I haven't used the draft mode either, would think that it would be a little hard , not a lot of time between pics for trades. I would just leave it off.
I run a league in ESPN, under the league manager tools, in the draft settings it show either set manually by league manager OR randomized an hour before the draft. I don't use a PPR league though so it may be different there. I am still good either way you decide to go, let it set as it is or reset. Always the luck of the draw.

So in case you guys have not checked. The draft positions have been randomized already. If you would like i can turn on Draft Pick Trading, not sure how popular that really is.

I also set the draft order to be "randomized during draft creation". However, when checking settings after creation it switched to "Manually by league manager". So once we get all the teams joined and it doesnt show draft order, i can do one of two things. Manually set it by drawing out of a hat, or switch it to randomized one hour before draft.
I liked the idea of it being randomized now so that we can see our draft positions and game plan for it. Up to you guys.
Do it which ever way is easiest for you. Random won't set until an hour before the draft goes live.

Switch it to random. Have used ESPN for years now and unfortunately it doesn't set the draft order for random usually until an hour before the draft goes live. I have no problem with you doing it either way though.

I am ok with the 9th, If the group prefers the 30th I can move my family draft up to 10, then anytime from noon on would work. We do our draft online, live apart from one another so not a big party or anything.

So we have the 9th, the 16th, and the 31st of August for our days. Anyone have any preferences for those days. If not, I'm going with the 31st. By then we'll have 3 preseason games done.
I prefer the 31st as well, like to get most of preseason out of the way so we can see people perform and more importantly see who might get injured, a.k.a Vick Ballard and then not available.

Pretty open on either day of the weekend. Only thing I have scheduled at this time is on Sept 6th at a.m. Have another draft then but it is my family league so I can adjust it if I have to.

great to see a power move being made. Only moving back a few spots but plenty of possible good pics if wise in the second round. Have never been a big fan of Spending Sprees in free agency, just never seem to get the bang for the big bucks. I like this approach much better.
Special hi to all my old friend if they are still here, first time signing into here and reading anything in almost a year. Took awhile to get into the board, lots of changes. Hope everyone is well, looking forward to the new season
