Just posted to ESPN. Saturday planning on meeting with a few teams including the Packers. Denver need a center????
-
No room in Indy for Tebow, still a class act town and team, don't need divas here. Do wish him luck staying in Denver or it seems like Miami has run out of options.
-
Awesome, too bad Titans, now what you going to do. So Happy he isn't ending up in Tennessee.
-
Surely hope that Tamme doesn't leave, but this visit doesn't look good. Will have to draft or pick up a TE somewhere if we don't bring him back. Glad that someone has an interest in him since we don't seem to, like to see him keep playing. Maybe he wants or expects more that we think he deserves or want to pay. Time will tell as always.
-
Nice list, only thing I see missing is the TE position that needs filled. Maybe hoping to see Tamme back or signing up a free agent in the mean time. Gonna be a long month till draft time.
-
I would be glad to have both of them back as long as it doesnt cost us too much. don't see us taking a TE high in the draft though we definitely need some help there. Still a month away and lots can happen and pop up before then.

Thought the topic was Saturday and going to Packers or staying? I feel he should retire, sure he has a couple offers in the waiting for front office positions and not on the field. Feel he could be successful in whatever endeavor he chooses.
I feel we need a new younger Center to start a good snap team with Luck just as we had with Saturday/Peyton for so many years. We have a couple in place now that could step up to that position.

I have always hated when a player puts up a stink and demands more money than he "signed" for. They entered the contract knowingly and should abide by it. If having a stellar year, it is not only their great talents but the support around them as well. Also get upset by the lockout for so long and dispute of the money spent and owners not making money, but then they turn around ( not all of them) , and then you see these enormous contracts going out to Johnson, Williams , and others. Just a crazy merry-go-round.
-
I can see your point, but have mixed feelings. The money is a lot, but I have a feeling that Freeney will bring an A game no matter what lineup or scheme we use, maybe not what we are used to, but he will always be a presence to be reconned with by the opposing team. He has a fierceness and intensity that is hard to teach or duplicate.

I agree he should take all the time he needs to decide. Thought it was crazy when he was first released and it was said he planned to have a decision make within a week. Too many variables and too much on the line to rush into it. Probably will be his only and last move, make it right and make it count

This has been an interesting and different week for Coltsland. You can see the new management and direction of the team. Don't recall us ever being this active in free agency, only time will tell if it works out for us. However it does show a different outlook by the team and the years to come could be even more interesting as we relieve the cap pressure that we are under now. Still don't agree with some of the BIG contracts some free agents are getting but that is something the other teams have to live with and see if it works.

Be happy when all the guessing is over and decision is done and in the bag. Either Denver or 49ers is good with me, hoping against all that Titans don't win the lottery, don't wish for Peyton to stay in our division if not with the Colts.
-
Have to admit, early in the morning and I am totally confused, gonna take a nap, reread, and maybe understand what the heck you are taling about

Hoping it ends up Denver getting Peyton obviously. Wishing Peyton luck and would love to see him succeed and get another super bowl win. Just don't want him doing it in out conference and having to face him twice a year.
-
Would love to see him retire as a player, move into the front office with the colts. Rather see a new younger Center start up so he and Luck get get in a rythmn together and develop the repore as Saturday and Manning did.
-
Probably too late to vote or matter, but I go along with a Separate spot just for Peyton items and comments if in regards to him from the past or social events including him. Once he starts playing at another team, comments on performance outcomes there should go to NFL General file. Have a super day, let the Colts file start to move forward with the new team and teamates

Definitely exciting. This is the biggest change in 14 years, looking ahead to a new future. This is an exciting time for true Colts fan that support their team. Will be a rough slow start, but exciting to see it build and grow as it did once before. Wish nothing but the best including a Super bowl for Peyton, but the change was necessary and right. Hopefully he gets his Super Bowl again in the next year or two, gets it done and out of the way so we can return and get another one for the city.

Vittatoe- like his stat from college, had to do a little searching to find him. May be a bit premature on Hall of Fame since he hasn;t snapped a ball in NFL. But am anxious to see him work and perform, sounds like a good fit down the road and good safety valve if they give him some snaps and practice time to develop.
-
A little surprised they didn't keep him but not dissappointed or upset. They just signed a rookie from last year. DO NOT WANT GROSSMAN. Too inconsistant and full of himself, don't want Diva Tebow either and don't think he would want to be backup to a new rookie. Have to think about who might fit the bill in case of emergency we hope doesn't occur this coming year or anytime soon.
-
I do wish him well, but not sorry to see him released. His time just isn't now and couldn't elevate himself to the level that was needed to stay on or lead this team. Bye
Goodbye Tim Tebow

Not bad, gave me a chuckle. Maybe headed down to Miami, they are running out of options.
