The Colts need to be all in too. Do the Giants have more cap room than we do?
No, they have about 20 mil and we have about 72 mil according to overthecap.com https://overthecap.com/salary-cap-space

He received the transition tag. Any team can make him an offer and if he signs it the Bears have a few days to match or they lose him. They receive no compensation if we sign him. I'm hoping Ballard could make him an offer that Chicago would find it hard to match. I would at least try.
Oh, different type of tag, got it. Thanks for clarifying.

Not sure Butler fits the Colt culture if you know what I mean. I like Fuller and would like to make him an offer and bring back Melvin and Desir.
Wasnt Fuller franchise tagged? or is it a different fuller?

What if the Vikes go all in and offer Brees a huge contract for just 2 years? How cool would that be?

This signals to me that the 49ers will be serious contenders. Sherman wouldn't choose a team that he doesn't expect to win.
They went 5-0 with Garrapollo(sp?) as the starter.

If the Browns play it right, they could actually have a solid offense next year. Take Barkley #1, then Nelson #4. Then you pay big money for Kirk Cousins. You could have an offense led by Cousins, with Barkley at QB, then Landry and Josh Gordon at WR, and Njoku at TE. That's a lot of talent on offense. It would be up to Hue Jackson to make it all work. And even if Hue Jackson doesn't make it work, you'd still have a lot of good talent for your next head coach. Landry has reason to be optimistic
Isn't barkley a rb?
