I long for the days where Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media sites weren't received as "TRUTH"....smh.

Whomever wears the shoe on the first day of the regular season, I will be rooting for!

I didn’t watch again, but I think Tell was in before Quincy. They were definitely picking on Tell when he didn’t have safety help. He really didn’t look that bad for a guy learning the position.
It’s not like they needed to keep Quincy in that long, there are plenty of CBs behind him on the roster. BTW, Collins isn’t exactly overwhelming anyone either. I don’t think Quincy will be cut but I do think we may trade one CB before the season starts.
Agreed!

I am no fan of Walker but he actually played well, despite penalties and dropped passes that were beyond his control. I still don't view him as someone to keep over Kelly moving forward though.

I noticed that as well. My thoughts are that he is currently behind Desir, Moore, and Ya-Sin so that is why he was in late. But I believe Tell was in before him as well?

It’s pre-season there are always a lot of flags because you have guys who don’t normally play and in some cases just aren’t good so they are more likely to get flagged to start with.
Then the refs always over officiate the pre-season to get players used to new rules and points of emphasis and then the refs slowly back off once the real games start.
So I wouldn’t freak out too much about the number of flags right now. If it happens vs the Chargers then be concerned.
I also think that the refs threw some questionable flags. But you are correct, worry if it happens in the regular season.
-
There were a lot of questionable calls, no doubt. Indy needs to tighten that up if this is a precursor for the regular season.

Imho, OT is greater need than Safety.

Excellent news!

Might be a sign of what's to come, just like Ballard has hinted before and what we guessed here when he was talking about playing more man and then drafted a man corner in Rock Ya-Sin.
So my old eyes weren't deceiving me? Lol, thanks for the info!

If Luck begins practicing next week then he most likely will start the 1st regular season game. If not, all bets are off.

The only way I give them a pass is if this was just found out. If they would of just been straight forward there would be no freaking out. IF that ankle bone in the back broke off I wonder if that happened when he tried to practice at camp.
In this video the one guy says it’s actually very good that it is a bone and not a muscle.
Hence my statement about coming clean about the issue. Address it and move forward.

I just wish they would come clean with Luck's issue. It really is as simple as that. By not clearly addressing it, speculation runs rampant.

He was a bright spot in the first preseason game. Made a nice play today in practice as well.

Collins appears to be getting burnt and picked on more than other
cornerbacks.
I was thinking something similar when I read that Tweet. Btw, I will always remember Parcells calling Elvis Patterson "Toast". When a reporter asked Bill why he called him that, he replied, "Because he gets burnt so much".

The only game in the preseason I care about is the third. The penciled in starters play most of the first half, sometimes into the second, and by then it should all be a clear vision. I am still watching the first preseason game, my focus is on individuals.

Glad to see Dwight helping out!

I have never believed that Walker was an NFL caliber QB. I would like to see Kelly in action though. Watching the 1st game now and almost at half time.

On Direct TV 212-1 it says it is blacked out...I am in Florida??????????????????

He's no Chuck Foreman but a pretty good back if he can work on that attitude issue that helped lead to his waiver.

Strange? Most teams use the third pre-season game as a warmup for their starters. They usually play most of the 1st half, sometimes in to the 2nd half? Maybe teams are getting wise to the injury risks in these meaningless games. Thanks for the info!
