  1. Time for everyone on offense to get those numbers....after doing next to nothing for nearly 3 quarters. This is why stats have to be taken with a grain of salt
  2. Sadly, at most, we will probably see Reich and Ballard called for another “meeting” at Irsays house after team returns to Indy. Irsay will come out with another bizarre twitter video with some new propaganda slogan. It will all be publicized but no real action will be taken.
  3. If there is any hope, gotta get points this drive preferably a TD. Need to get some holes open for Taylor. Dont see the passing getting going if Josh Allen and co can just pin ears back and rush Ryan
  4. East, I would agree that Reich has more than his fair share of faults. Your points are 100% valid, but as you know a HC will only go so far as the talent on the roster. To be clear, I am not sold on him at all as coach that can lead this team to a higher level. However, I see this team having serious talent issues at critical positions that typically leverage wins and that to me is a Chris Ballard issue.
  5. So far for those keeping score at home,,, Patmon dropping a good ball in a critical situation adding to ones made by Dulin and Pierce last week which clearly cost us a win. Out LT Pryor continues to be a liability on pass pro limiting what we can do with a 37 year old pocket passer in terms of attacking downfield. D-line has 0 sacks and at most 1-2 pressures of Lawrence. Reich deserves his share of the blame for the play so far this season, but I cannot rationally see how anyone but Chris Ballard should receive the lions share based on his offseason decisions, investments and fruits of those as described above.
  6. The o-line has been awful especially last two drives. Its pretty simple, when you invest as much as we have in that unit, they simply cannot be that bad in both run and pass blocking
  7. Im sorry but Irsay’s ridiculous “All chips in” video looks sillier by the minute. If this is all chips in, I would hate to see what halfway in looks like. Maybe next time, instead of making propaganda garbage, instruct your stubborn GM to actually address an impact position like LT so that you don’t repeatedly have drives killed by speed rushers on the opposition.
  8. Thats ridiculous and its the same formula everytime quick 3 step drops with the soft zone we love to play leads to easy completions underneath
  9. The D still has problems generating constant pressure when rushing 4 or less. With the $$ and draft capital placed in the line, that lies directly at the feet of one Chris Ballard
  10. Thank you. Well said and 100% accurate. The problem is when your GM and coach dont understand/accept that reality and subsequently dont scheme or build the team accordingly.
  11. To me, this is a huge issue especially considering the amount of draft capital, $$ that has been invested in this unit. Ngakoue has had no impact on this game so far and that simply cannot happen if this team to have a successful season. Also expected better from Kwitty Paye coming into his 2nd year.
  12. A lot of disturbing trends so far Pierce drop is huge. Game has turned big time since then. Defense has looked like garbage last two drives.
  13. The key is pretty straight forward IMO: stop their run game especially early to allow the Ryan and offense to build a lead.
