I hope that Stroud is our guy And I have to say that I have no idea if Levis will be anything special...... he could be a star...... or a putz There is at least a chance, if we stay pat at 4, that we may miss both QB1 and QB2 If.... a BIG if...... I would almost want to have Richardson over Levis Neither is polished , neither is a sure thing...... If we go AR, we will need a vet QB to come in and play while AR is learning the ropes

And...... I only want Fields ......if Stroud and Young are both off the table However........I would MUCH rather give up the 4th pick for Fields than give up 2 firsts and 2 seconds and maybe a player to get Stroud Side by side I would take Stroud over Fields....... but it wont play like that It will be funny to see all the stories that come out over the next 3-4 months "We are trading Mahomes for a PB sandwich" Let the LYING begin

I keep hearing that Young is their first choice which is fine I truly wonder how aggressive other teams will be for a trade up to number 1, and if it will be us that does it My first choice is to get Stroud and then Young as picks But...... what if....... The Bears take young or Stroud and HOU selects the other one I am back and forth on QB3...... somedays yes, and somedays no If THATS the case I would Rather use pick 4 to trade with Bears for Fields It will be an interesting few months

Chicago could come out of this REALLY strong Picks from Houston to move up to 1 from Hou to keep us back At 2, they will want MORE picks to move up (From the Colts) There are 2 top QBs and 2 top DL The Bears could STILL get one of these top two picks (DL) Sapp said the Bears were thinking of staying put and trading Fields I would take Fields for our 1st and a player, all day, every day

Young will go very early, but If you have to be at least a bit concerned with a 5'10" 180 LB QB Any of the top 3 are good choices for the Colts, but my preference is Stroud If the Colts think HE is the guy...... you make it happen

I think this could actually happen not a great chance. But it could happen if this instance happens TAKE THE DE from Alabama …. The kid is a wrecking ball I do think if this happens it’s from folks that are desperate for a QB I would trade back in to round 1 and take Richardson late in round 1 In this case, I would get Carr for 2 years (it looks like he will be cut) and let Richardson learn the pro game and take over in 2-3 years

Obviously this part of my post was my least favorite of the choices that I identified. Not my primary choice And If I had a way to wager with you I would He may go later (5th - 7th) but Duggan IMHO will get drafted He had one horrible game this year, against the best defense in college IMHO….. he will do ok at senior bowl and will test well… the guy can toss the rock

Maybe. But……. They have so many holes I personally think that there is less than 50% chance that they keep this pick. So many folks are starving for a QB they would HAVE to consider multiple 1s and multiple 2s and maybe a player

I really don’t think they will give up anything close to that so much is a conjecture at this stage We are all just some fans watching highlights and hoping if the Colts believe that any of the top 3 guys are THE guy……. You trade to get him…. You spend 2 firsts and maybe a player to get him This MAY be the strategy I personally think that they may believe that QB1, QB2, and QB3 are ALL decent options and they take what comes to them and KEEP next years pick At a worst case, that all 3 QBs are taken before 4, than you take the stud DE that’s on the board, and go with Hooker, or if Richardson slides to our 2nd round pick…in THAT case….. you bring in Carr while Richardson or Hooker hold a clipboard for 1-2 years….. and….. in round FIVE or SIX bring in Duggan My preference is QB1 thru QB3…… but if not…. There are other approaches which should yield a QB to develop

The Bears have MANY holes..... I bet they trade If a BIG IF..... We fall in LOVE with a QB...... we need to do what it takes to get him

I hope that you are right...... BUT..... NOTHING is for sure when the draft is considered There are at least 6-8 QB hungry teams (Think Starving) - Falcons - Seahawks - Carolina -Texans -Washington There is at least a chance that the top 3 teams either trade the pick to a QB hungry team

Watch his 2021 highlights Levis is an excellent prospect that we should consider He was very banged up...... and has no supporting cast this year.... I have done a 180 on him I still want Stroud, but..... would be happy with any of the top 3 QBs

He is a top 5 pick…… you NEVER give that up He will be a pro. And hopefully a Colt

This will be a tough call Do we trade with Bears to be sure we get our pick ? this will mean a one next year AND maybe a player Do we just sit tight and take the best player at 4 And hope that QB1,QB2, OR QB3 are still on the board? there are MANY QB hungry team that may trade into the first picks ahead of us if that be the case….. I would take DE1. and take HOOKER In round 2 and yes….. Duggan in 5 I would rather have one of the top 3 QBs

It would be a major disservice to Richardson to let him take snaps year 1. He needs 2-3 years riding the pine
