after watching the replay of the Jags win over Miami i'm pretty convinced we can beat them if we run the ball and take the check downs as long as we don't don't turn it over. The win against the the Dolphins was predicated on 2 long pass completions that were jump ball wins by the Jags and that won't happen this week.

Get the ball to Frank Gore or......I will blame you....
-
Our young d-line is gonna be great barring injuries....
-
the dline play is amazing
-
no breaks from the zebras today
-
Okay d-line get the ball back by stuffing them....
-
finish this drive please.....
-
if gore get's yards we won't lose
-
Is Lawerence Guy still with the chargers? he could play the run.
-
Worried about the D-line for sure even realizing that maybe the young guys will surprise but if there's a rash of injuries there we will pay for taking the chance by cutting 2 serviceable players .....
-
Whom is it that you want to survive the cuts to 53 (that might not)? For me it is Tyler Varga.
-
Vargas looked good, elusive, quick, nimble, strong, 'Mike Hartish'......

THE TE's are the key. They have to catch pass after pass after pass all over the field all three TE's if this happens the Colts will win.

I think most Colt fans know that Andrew is on a journey and while it won't necessarily mirror Peyton's journey, like Peyton he is destine for a great career. As for today, Andrew will grow today regardless of the scoreboard and outcome and baring a career changing injury It's going to bring an NFL championship sooner or later. Yes it will hurt if they lose today but that's part of the journey.
-
yes but he won't be on the edge of his chair agonizing over every play.............like me
-
There's a flaw in his logic that the last game (or games) determine what will happen in this game, turn overs, injuries, just plain luck, or a single player having a career day, often determine more than recent past performance so.......it's a fail
-
I'd like to see him for one play, some kind of trick play where he gets in motion maybe for a lateral pitch or pass and then throws back across the field to a wide open Andrew who runs like the wind.....
Hey BB did say you have to consider Andrew like a 6th receiver so here's hoping he forgets to do that.

He has zero value, and comes with a $3m price tag. There are a hundred UDFAs who can do what he's done in his career.
If we waive him, someone can claim him, and we shed that salary. But that won't happen. He'd clear waivers. And as het third pick, I'm sure his contract has no offset provision, so we're stuck with the full $3m even if he signs somewhere else.
Prior to this, I was thinking he'd be on the roster next year, because of all that. Early this season, he was somewhat decent as a timeshare back. But now, with him missing the trip for the biggest game of the year, I'm thinking he's outta here.
If he is on the roster, he needs to slim down, at least ten pounds.
They should make him a fullback that only blocks and catches flat passes..if he's a around next year.

If you're bored...I heard about this great game called Settlers of Catan. Even Andrew luck plays it, and he's a millionaire, with a hot girlfriend and an IPad.
but.........he has a flip phone......so.......

Me too both for the intangible reasons but also the Pats used an extra lineman and ran over the Colts (kinda a gimmick/one dimensional path to their win) will that happen again I don't think so.
-
I kinds feel bad for him.
I never liked the trade but Is there something wrong we Trent we don't know about..?
I thought from the beginning when it was clear he had no vision in choosing a run path they should have made him a fullback....he's stout and can't seemed to avoid running into whomever makes penetration.....seems like a recipe for fullback to me. Seriously, something else must be wrong with him as he had the physical skills to be good.
-
Landry.....has the talent and has done nothing all year....all of that can be forgotten with a monster game that he is capable of.
-
Jimmy Johnson seemed pretty giddy today after the Cowboys "won" ...
just saying...
Jimmy went straight to Dallas from college and then never coached again but I sure there are other exception as well.
-
he's smart, experienced, he'll get a few snap especially because Greg had him in San Diego and thinks highly of him.
Thoughts on Manusky so far this year?

Greg and his defense are not the issue this year. The D has played well considering the injuries we have had and the pitch count for 98. I haven't looked it up but I would guess we've lost the time of position in all 3 games which makes the D even better considering they are on the field a lot.
