1st game:
D line very good (bills are a running team with avg line). Would have several sacks if not as mobile QB)
LB's not so good, slow and look lost.
V Davis beast
Other DB's not good (a passing QB would have ate them up)
OL ok, Bills front are very good and for the most part we did ok)
Gore was good until he stopped getting carries.
Robinson is good and Varga is good. They both might be best as #1's
I think Varga could be a very effective reciever also and should be PR & KR
Moncriff is very soft and scared.
TY needs more seperation and stop giving up.
Main thing: we got out coached. No excuses.

New D line looked very good, O line ok against a stout Bills D.
Look for some quicker screens, end around runs and double moves in 2nd half.
-
Dang, Gore would of had 30

Want to see what Sio Moore can do on limited prep. and Irving. I believe they can Impact to D greatly this season.
-
Is the game online any where today?
-
H*** no
-
Like Boom but he's gone. If needed there are a lot of other FA RB's available better than him.
-
Gone... Raiders signed him on one year deal

I've been thinking about the potential of both Okine and McGil. We could have something in those 2. I know its early, but I mean they're both clearly talented. I'm excited to see what both will look like this year.
Exactly, Okine looks really good. Can't what to see him get more playing time. On what limited tape I've seen of McGil and reading Seahawk coaches/fans, OMG he might be our best steal.
Really happy with the direction our D is going.

Absolutely, he's a stud game changer that we need. I'm all for the nice guy team and they can help mentor the beast that he is and we need. Jump on it now before there becomes a bidding war or Cowboys get him. Even if he has to sit, that's OK.
-
If so, I hope just a few series to knock any rust off.
-
With the Colts seemingly going for faster/stronger/interchangeable defensive players, who would you like to see them look at that's available?
I would look at Nick Moody
-
Relax, I fully expect Gore to get 80% of the RB touches and Robinson the other 20%.
It's just a list not the law.
-
so you trust a 6th round pick and a undrafted rookie to back up gore more then ballard
Not only trust it but expect it.
-
I always felt Robinson was going to be our #2 and groomed to replace Gore. He is a 3 down beast with good hands. I am more than OK with Gore, Robinson, Varga. (Ballard can't stay healthy).
-
Would not have made the 53 before so why now. Move on
-
Terry Williams would be a good pick up for us. He is stout/big and has quicks. He was not given the coaching time with the Besrs because they selected Goldman early. He could become a stud NT while developing like the rest of our young guns. Also bring in a non injury prone veteran that can teach while not fearing for his spot.
-
Matt Barkly was traded by Eagles to Cardinals for a 7th. Gees, was hoping we could have got in on that action. He's a good young QB
-
Tipton & Ballard need to be out of the state of Indiana by tomorrow night
I'd be perfectly fine with Gore Robinson & Varga as our backfield week 1
***This***
-
I don't fell Boom was the #2 back, maybe #3.
They were working on KR.
-
We have a very good backfield:
Gore
Robinson
Varga
Strong now and in the future
-
Casey should be cut before the start of 2nd Q

Agreed, he didn't even try to come back into play.
