I want to know when Polian will be held accountable.
He has personally selected all of the coaches and all of the players.
So far they look terrible without Manning.

If I have to choose I would take Mathis over Wayne. It's easier to get a good WR than a good DE.

under dungy the colts started slow, did some adjustments and won the games. under caldwell you don't see ANY adjustments in the game.

IMO, Painter has looked good every game this year and I do believe he is the answer to the Backup position! Clearly the more experience he has gotten through practice reps with the first team are starting to pay off! I've said it the last 3 weeks - if he had been named the starter the second Manning went down we would be 3-1 right now.
yeah, he played well against the bucs and so far against the chiefs. but still i think it's too early to cheer. let's see what he can do against good teams. but off course i hope he improves with every game.

Painter is looking really good today! But don't get fooled guys it's a game between two struggling teams. I hope Painter is the answer on the qb backup position so we don't have to invest a draft pick on the qb position.

Well, Painter did better than expected! But todays game is still no reason to cheer. 13/30 (44%) is bad without a doubt. 281 yards and 2 TD looks good BUT a lot of these yards thanks to huge runs from Pierre Garcon. At least no interception. So jury is still out let's see how he plays in the next games

yes, it is his fault. he is better than Lacey and better players have to go like Brandstater outplayed Painter and they cut him. I can't see why it is Tryons fault and to be honest I cant stand Bill Polian anymore. He made some good decisions in the past but he also made some weird decisions in the last 2 years

Thats right. But let's face it he had one good drive so far and looked terrible in the other games he played including preseason. At this moment Painter isn't giving me any reason to cheer and I'm still thinking we need to address the backup situation for Peyton next year. No reason to cheer, let's see what he can do in the next games...

Well, let's see what happens in the next games. One good drive isn't making Painter a Pro Bowl QB.

1. If Peyton comes back 100% healthy and the Colts end up with the nr. 1 pick I would trade down, get a few quality extra picks and take a backup qb in rounds 3-5.
2. If Peyton comes back but not at 100% health or doubts about his health i say get Luck with pick nr. 1

I don't blame Collins! I blame Polian and the whole front office for signing their starter 2 weeks before the first game out of retirement. I blame them for ignoring the backup situation behind Manning for years and everybody knew the day that Peyton would miss a game or two would come...

I doubt that Matt Cassel is a quality backup. The reason the Patriots had success without Brady is simple: It's all about the system in New England! Meanwhile everything in Indy is build around Manning, without him you are in big trouble!

I think the front office made some good, but also some bad decisions the last years. What I don't get is that they stick to underachieving players and coaches for so long.
