Overreact much? Also.......Wilson does just fine half the time DESPITE his horrible pass blocking O Line and a bunch of journeyman quality wr's masquerading as starters
Horrible? His line has Okung, Unger in it.

Denver had like 4-5 receivers to throw to. Like you said, he was the slot. The production should go down as expected.Just for arguments sake, Welkers production dropped significantly after leaving the Patriots
You can't always look at just the raw numbers, you have to look at the whole offense, who the qb is and what their role in that offense was

Kobe won't win another championship with the lakers and he doesn't need to.Saw the only tweet from Skip Bayless today that I ever agreed with. If you are Peyton Manning or Kobe Bryant at the end of your careers based on your career on field earnings and your endorsements how are you not playing for free so you can get the best team around you to win another championship? The money isn't going to stop coming in for either of them all of a sudden when they retire...
Even if he play for free, how can he get through Houston, OKC, Spurs, Warriors, rockets, Portland, Memphis, clippers, and Phoenix? Those teams are stacked.
This "giving away money to build a championship in a year" in the NBA is fools gold and false hope. Duncan has never attracted a great FA player. He only took less to keep his team. Dirk did but he hasn't won a championship doing that either. He won in 2010 when he was actually paid. Only the celtics and heat did that successfully. And those situations are RARE. You won't get multiple superstars in their prime in a team again. The new CBA fixed that.
For Peyton, it's different. He needs to win.

am I the only one who thinks Giselle Bundchen isn't THAT hot...
she's obviously overrated.
-
not actually and understandable natural when you have the Red Sox, Bruins, pats, and celtics to look forward to.
They only have the colts and pacers. That's pretty much it.
Not even close.

6-7 mil a year

Was Brady mobile back in 2004 in his prime?Rex Ryan!
kidding.
Lets make it simpler, to eliminate all the possibilities.
Current Colts organization, players, coaching staff.
EDIT: if he's not, I'll take luck because Brady was 27 in 2004. Luck is 25 now. I'll take a mobile QB with two extra years/chances at superbowls.
-
Let me ask you this, as I find this interesting. Given what you know right now, if you could have the choice between Luck, right now, or Brady of 2004 going forward, which one would you pick?
First question.
Who's my head coach?
-
If we have enough money Sign #2, 7, 27, 28, and 37.
-
colts are not signing Cobb. get that hope out of that skull.
-
this is a good thing for the colts

what is this

we don't have to

I didn't mean that success is years away, I mean "the end" is years away for Luck... as in, you have a long ride ahead of you to enjoy. Dang you Indy fans are uber-sensitive about your QBs.
how many years away for luck to take over

One hit wonders don't go to two straight Super Bowls.......eh...they would have been more hated had they established themselves as a dynasty....but now that they are just a 1-hit wonder they are down on the list for most people, especially compared to the Patriots.
Enough with the mythology that everyone hates the patriots in every category/thing. It's like saying the Patriots have the worst uniforms because everyone hates them.
These are the majority of your posts.
-
I think more people would be upset and outraged to an apoplectic level over this had Baldwin been wearing a Pats uniform. But he wasn't, so nobody really cares that much about it.
Seattle is a hated team so.......

I don't know. Hard to compare college to the pros. When a SB is on the line and you feel you can and will win with your RB and he does not get the chance that is tough. I guess we will find out but the odds were already stacked against them of making a third bowl to begin with. I am more interested to see how they shape their team as they have some big decisions coming up and big contracts to deal with in order to keep the team rolling.
Its a long long time since a team been to 3 straight Super Bowls. I don't see them making it again next year. I think Green Bay or Dallas will take it over next year.
-
Yes and how. Maybe the toughest play for any fanbase to have to live with.
They will get over it. USC did the same thing vs Texas while leaving Reggie out on 4th and 1.
-
Seattle fans did not enjoy it as he was flagged 15 yards for it.
No. The last play will highlight the game for them.
-
So you enjoyed it and thought it was appropriate? NBC wouldn't even show it and this is the same network that showed us Janet Jackson's wardrobe malfunction over and over.
No one except Seattle fans enjoyed it so....
-
I was happy when he helped us won 4 rose bowls, 2 orange bowls(1 taken away obviously but we clearly won that game easily), a high winning percentage. Were you happy with the way he ran USC and the two year bowl ban at the end among other sanctions? And then he slipped out of town just before it all came down to go coach the Hawks?
I don't mind losing Reggie's heisman and that title. Still have one of the most all time in both categories.
Till Lame Kiffin showed up.
Caroll years were so much better than the Paul Hackett and Lame Kiffin years.
-
So?
And I was happy when you fired Caroll so USC can win a lot of games and bowls.
Fight on.
