  1. sorry, but I haven't "poked" anybody, blamed Colts fans, or called Colts fans a bunch of whiners. I'm posting in a public forum in a thread devoted to a topic I'm interested in. Unless what I'm doing is against the forum rules, then I don't understand why you and others feel the need to follow me around, ask me why I'm here, take threads off topic, and generally harass me. It's actually kind of immature. If you aren't interested in this topic, then it's real simple...don't reply to this thread. I don't know what else to tell you.

Actually you were berating colts fans that call your team "cheaters" whiners and say stuff like the "tears taste delicious".

Justifiable but that's what you actually did.

  2. Not to interject, but if you don't care about deflategate or the patriots, then why are you viewing and contributing to a thread based on...well....deflategate and the patriots?

Some of you guys are real good at asking Pats fans why we're here any time something is posted that you don't like...but in a way it seems like you're intentionally entering threads that will anger you just so you can then complain about the existence of their content...

Actually the some is actually one. And that's me. And I actually participated in this thread. The others followed suit. There's that.

  3. You are so dead-on with this statement... couldn't agree more. In the race to "break" news first, there's been a lot of carelessness and irresponsibility, and an overall lowering of standards in the industry. Reporters no longer have to wait for the next day's print run to deliver a story, and subsequently we see a lot of things that end up being anywhere from slightly to wildly inaccurate. Maybe, in the past, the time between a story breaking and a story running was enough time for things to be confirmed, corrected, verified, etc...

It's only gonna get worse, too!

It's so sad when I trust tmz more than espn.

  4. I did live to see him. And I will tell you he was still playing great in 1990 as evidenced by his seasons in KC when he took them to the AFCCG in his first season. I think one of the things that is a blemish for Montana in the GOAT convo is that he was traded so the niners could go with Young who then won the SB. As great as Montana was he was still replaced by a QB the niners felt was better and they were validated when they got that ring in 94.

Steve Young didn't go back to the super bowl after that though. I don't think Young would be that effective with the Chiefs like Montana was. After that lone superbowl win, Young kept losing to Farve/GB. 3 years straight.

  5. It was as legendary as it gets. He defined the word with two comebacks that had never been done in the history of football. Coming back twice from 14 vs your Ravens and from 10 points down in the fourth quarter in the SB against the best defense in the league. Even the most staunch Montana fans are conceding Brady is the best ever based on this playoff run.

"Even the most staunch Montana fans are conceding Brady is the best ever on this playoff run."

I didn't see that in the 49er forums

  6. Brady spread the ball around to everyone. His four TDs were to four different receivers. He took advantage of undisciplined zones, pass rushers who flew by him as he stepped up in the pocket aand continually found the open guy all game long no matter who was covering. He was methodical, surgeon-like and made the legion of boom look like the legion of bust.

I just said that.......... You said it better but I just said that.

  7. Matt Ryan has to win the NFC South 1st, then get to the Championship Game 1st. Luck is leaps & bounds ahead of Ryan.

Do you remember NE stomping INDY 42-20 with RB Jonas Gray on Nov.16, 2014? Or Blount demolishing us 45-7 in the Championship Game? I don't give a crap about the Seahawks. I care about our division, our conference, & NE who is formidable & literally has our number in the previous 2 matchups against the Colts.

We got crushed in both games because INDY couldn't stop the darn run which had very little to do with Tom Brady on those nights SC. I respect Tom a lot, but Jimmy could have steamrolled INDY with that unstoppable ground game. Let's be honest here shall we...

Luck does not have to beat NE to validate himself when that NE team has little time left.

And you're basically saying Luck lost to NE because of the run defense/matchups.

  8. Wow you know you're reaching pretty desperately when you start knocking Brady and trying to diminish his accomplishments because the Seahawks THIRD CB on the depth chart was injured...

    lol

No respect.. what Brady accomplished this post season was legendary.

No. Lane is a good slot corner. And wright is actually a good line backer.

Well it's obvious to point out what Brady did the obvious is carving up Simon and Wright while getting Sherman, Thomas, Kam, Maxwell tired to pinpoint their weakness. That's what he did in the superbowl.

Edit: Oh yeah btw, look at my name. SouthernCal = Los Angeles = hate all Boston and Bay Area teams. So yeah I can diminish it because **** Boston lol. If Brady was doing the same thing for chicago, I wouldn't be saying anything lol.

  9. Not sure Mariota really would not be there at 12 but unless Hundly is rated just below him , I guess Cleveland would be really gambling staying put.

I would try to see if Manziel is the real deal until a sure fire QB shows up next year. Because i don't think Mariota is the real deal. Mariota has little experience in a pro style offense.
