The Stanford defense is missing a good pass rusher. They miss Solomon Thomas.
My goodness -- what a throw and catch!!!

I like watching the big games where both teams are rated high but not into like the pro's. In the pro's I could watch Browns vs 49ers and get into it.
I like the pros A LOT more.

Yikes. Texas A&M is tied in the 4th quarter with Nicholls.
Sumlin will get fired if he loses. That would be worse than Michigan losing to Appalachian State.

I am not into College like I am pro but I watch some of the big games. This is a big game. Isnt Darnold going to be the #1 pick in April?
I used to watch it a lot more years ago. You get to see the future stars when you watch college.

Ugh. That was a nice play but it does not count.

That was not roughing the passer. And I am rooting for Stanford.

That was a big play but can they take advantage of it?
I hope so.
Bryce Love reminds me a bit of Le'Veon Bell. He has that hesitation/patience when running.

Last I seen it was 13-10 ND. I cant watch it because the greedy people from WTHR wont negotiate a deal with U-Verse. I have no channel 13. I have to follow that game on ESPN.
Ok. It is about to be tied
Edit: Spoke too fast. Missed right.

Interception! Finally we stop that dynamic USC offense. Now, let's score here, Stanford.

He will be #1 barring injury. He may be a future Jet. The guy in UCLA seems like a Jets guy.

Looks like a big 12 game
I don't like those games. I like to see some defense.
How is Notre Dame doing this year? We have to give them credit. Notre Dame never plays a cupcake schedule like many of these teams. I heard that Howard beat UNLV.

It's 21-14 now.
Yeah. And finally a stop. USC gets the ball back.

Stanford and USC are tied again. Both defenses are looking bad, giving up large chunks of yards.
Edit:
As soon as I pressed submit, USC scores again. Smh.

Great timing lol.
I'm hoping Oklahoma wins this one. I think Baker Mayfield will be a good NFL QB.
I don't care either way. I am not a fan of Meyer. Why are you rooting for Oklahoma?

14-7 USC. That was a beautifully designed play by USC for that last score.
Stanford starts near midfield after a 47-yard return.

Well Kentucky won their game and are 2-0.
Flipping between Ohio State- Oklahoma and Stanford-USC.
We're on the same wavelength.

USC and Stanford tied at 7. RB Bryce Love scores on a 75-yard run.

Thanks I couldn't think of his name. The way they were beating Favre up raised a lot of flags. If people would go back and look, there were late hits on me and a couple of cheap shots on him too. I am surprised Favre lasted the whole game.
Yep. Even after his suspension, it seems that players on his teams continue to be penalized for illegal hits (head shots, late shots) more so than other teams.

Regarding BountyGate/Saints, I don't have much to comment on it here but they treated Brett Favre like a punching bag in the Title Game. There were many questionable hits on Favre in that game if you go back and look at the video. Same for Warner as well in the Playoff game before. Their D Coordinator even threatened that his D would put Peyton out of the game leading up to the SB.
Gregg Williams: One of the absolute worst human beings in sports. Most fanbases will agree.

I hope he used soft paper for the letter because the only thing Mara would do with it is wipe his butt.
Lol. He got a reply!!!
My friend has had season tickets in his family for over 50 years. He attended 4 out of the 5 Super Bowls that the Giants have been in, including when they beat 18-0 Patriots. And my friend knows many of the older season ticket holders. Mara does not want to lose his business.
My friend wrote that he was considering giving up his season tickets if Goodell was not fired. Mara replied that while he understood my friend's concerns and acknowleded that some mistakes were made, he and the owners were still in support of Goodell.
So, no, Mara did not do as you expected. The Giants are too classy an organization to do that.

Yeah... I thought it was childish and tacky. JMO.
As Buck said, kinda backfired, didn't it?
It sure did. I liked that the Chiefs destroyed the Matt Patricia-coordinated Pats defense. Wasn't it he who was the first to wear that t-shirt as the team was coming off the plane after the Super Bowl? Lol

I believe Synthetic was referring to the "Bountygate" issue with New Orleans, Synthetic is a Saints fan. There are probably more than one team's fan base that doesn't like Goodall, but as Buck asked, how is the commissioner supposed to handle there cases? What the Pats and Saints did was wrong, they broke the rules. With regard to the Saints "Bountygate" the NFL specifically sent out letters that year telling teams not to have bounties. The Saints decided to ignore their letter, and some in their fanbase continue to whine about the consequences.
He is a bitter fan.

Many fanbases don't like Goodell, especially those who believe that he has not been consistent in handing out punishments. Vikings fans generally don't like him. One of my friends is a long-time Giants ticket holder. He wrote a letter to John Mara giving reasons why he believes Goodell should be fired.

Wow. These USC guys have talent like the Pete Carroll USC teams.
