  1. I really felt like the fix was in for the Ravens last year. Arians comes down with an inner ear infection and can't even come to the game. The Rahim Moore brain fart and Peyton Manning pick in the Broncos game. The Pats taking the second half off in their game. And of course the SB with the holding on the last play that was not called.

Now Old Crow will appear and tell me to take a hike ... ok, ok. But that is an awful lot of things going the Ravens way. Just saying ... and I didn't even mention the deer antler spray.

a patriot fan accusing other team‘s of cheating...now that‘s rich. Thanks for the hearty chuckle.
  2. He is the best third down/dual threat back in the league per Sterling Sharpe and I have to agree. Dynamic not only in the screen game but down field running routes as a receiver, runs better routes then some good receivers do and is also a heck of a runner out of the backfield. He is definitely a matchup nightmare for a linebacker, even some defensive backs.

i agree...completely. whom is resposible for covering this guy? I would spy him with c.v. playing almost like a line backer on third down.
  3. I want no part of this alcoholic on our team or driving god forbid within our community. We had to make an example out of him, because he involved our team and name. The group madd would‘ve came down hard on us, if he wasn‘t canned. Yes, i am aware that he wasn‘t driving...this time. What about next?...

  4. I'm not sure if you're just joking, but I do think Vaughn would make a better safety than corner. His main problem in man coverage is knowing when the ball is coming. If he's playing safety, he'd be facing the QB more often and would be better able to find the ball. He's a good tackler, he's got range and speed... It's not the craziest idea in the world, and I wouldn't be surprised to see him rotate back there from time to time if Landry can't go.

trying to steal my thunder again...i see. And my idea‘s?
  5. "IF" the weather is pretty bad and the Colts are forced to run the ball more then that could hurt the Pats.  But the Colts don't have a good run game, in fact I fear Luck's legs more than any RB on the Colts.  I wouldn't be surprised if the Pats play the pass and force the Colts to run the ball and force Luck to try to beat the Pats with his legs.

Just because Spikes is out doesn't mean the Pats don't have any replacements.  The next guy is up.

whom will replace spikes? Also your young receiving corp is banged up too, right? I think it‘s paramount to stop vareen in the passing game. I‘m concerned about him.
  6. Who's your team?

As of now the Weather Channel is predicting for Saturday night's game it will be in the 40's with possible rain.  But that changes every day.  Weather forecasters aren't reliable or accurate a week in advance, sometimes not even 72 hours in advance.

the colts of course! But my brother is a big patriot fan, so i‘m familiar with them. I think the loss of spikes is huge for this game, especially if it‘s a rain game. I don‘t think you have anybody left to stop the run. Your middle just got soft.
  7. Do any of you have the injury report for the Pats?  I'm looking around and can't find out who's not playing and who's a game time decision for Saturday night's game.  I know Spikes is on IR.  What about their two WR's (Dobson, Thompkins) ?

we usually post that later in the week, i believe.
  8. That's true!  Vegas odds means nothing!  Weren't the Pats favored over the Giants in 2007 by around 19 to 21 points?

First round bye's don't mean much today since quite a few teams won super bowls without a bye since 2000.  When you're a team of destiny you go on momentum and emotion.

best of luck to you guys this week...pun intended. It should be an epic classic! I was hoping for a snow storm though...oh well. I prefer old punch in your face gridiron football! Like from the 70‘s.
  9. "I don't dislike Brady because of his looks." <<<<<Then on the next thread the same person is criticizing his hair and calling him a girly man.  lol

"I dislike Brady because he throws fits."  <<<<<I can post 100 youtube videos now of all QB's throwing fits on the field and sidelines.  lol

i also know what it‘s like to be hated for being a handsome dude and yes, men are very insecure of other men, especially if you have longer hair or dashing in other ways. I dislike brady, because he‘s our rival.
  10. And if Brady played for the Colts then this forum would be loaded with Colts Brady fans with his photo in their icon/avatar.

Jealousy and envy. I would lay money down that if Brady wasn't as attractive as he is, and was just average looking, but still had all that talent and success, he'd be loved by all. It's a shame, but I find men are way worse than women when it comes to being jealous of men like Brady.

yeah, but that applies to any quarterback of your team. We once had alot of folks with curtis painter avatars too.
  11. Pathetic, desperate move by Grigson. Collie is back with the Patriots because they IR'd Boyce, and this happened last week.

Enjoy having a ridiculously slow WR who wasn't even in the same system when he was last with the Patriots.

your gonna get crushed this saturday. Enjoy watching us play next week.
