Oh, I just thought he was fat annoying color man for nfl games
That's what happens, when your post football life outshines your true persona (same with fran tarkenton and bruce kardashian).
-
We caught a break there. He's actually quite good and the titans bring him into the box quite often, so maybe T-RICH can get going this week...FINALLY.
-
I'm not throwin' in any towel just yet( only losers quit). We're 7-4 and can pretty much clinch the division with a win this week agains't the titans. If you can just get into the playoffs...anything can happen (den, oak, ny and balt).

Madden?
John Madden (5 time coach of the year). The fat guy on the video game cover...that madden. His coaching never gets any respect.
-
Hughes has been good in his limited playing time.
What exactly is his role? rushing d-end or 3-TECH DT? Or are we using him in various packages? I haven't seen him do much of anything honestly..
-
So were giving up on rookies before his first season is even over?
Also, gm's are supposed to be fortune tellers concerning injuries now?
I just hope grig's isn't starting to develope the 'polian head-up his own * syndrome'. You can start to see the attitude more and more with him...sound familiar? I liked the toler FA pick-up, but his injury history was a major concern. And i was always agains't the werner pick (should've selected larry warford) and went pass rusher in the third AND NEVER DRAFTED HUGHES which cost us TWO picks.
You can add holmes(which i already think is a bust) and hughes to swings and misses. A bad draft.

Sorry for the triple post. Site glitzch.

Should've went with larry warford with that pick. I never liked our decision to go with with guy.

Let's be honest...all of us WISHED we had 'BB' as our coach. The greatest coach of all-time (either him or madden). The dude can roll with whatever talent he's givin' and get's the best of their abilities. Yes, i liked the call in overtime and even if denver got into field goal range, more than likely prater would've missed it going into the strong wind. But the balliest call ever has to be sean peyton agains't us in the superbowl (the basketcase play). If that attempt failed...the saints would've lost the superbowl...period.
-
We're still 7-4 and in first place within our division. Yes, we've played like garbage...this i fully agree. But if you just get into the playoffs...anything can happen. Just ask joey and the ravens. We just got to hang tough in trying times. We're a scary team for anybody to face come playoff time. THEY JUST DON'T KNOW WHOM WILL SHOW UP.
-
i dont know about before, but i can say that in my opinion..he cant throw vs the wind right now
I have a crazy feeling it will be indy and ne in the AFC championship game. And i think T-RICH finally wakes up from his slumber with a HUGE GAME. I can just sense it. Yes, there's no stats to support it, but i think it makes for a great story!
-
I love p-money and he's a great guy and i appreciate everything he ever done for us...truly. But this is just a simple truth at this point in time. For some UNKNOWN reason, he falls flat on his face in cold weathered games. As HORRIBLE as our INDY COLTS have played, i can still see us getting to the AFC championship game agains't NE. Heck, maybe we can even beat them too, if trent ever decides to show up.
-
This is why i would prefer to face denver in denver, instead of indy. If its a road game, we stand a better chance of beating this premadonna. He simply cannot play in the cold, its just a simple fact now.
-
I'm all for letting Da'rick play some sandlot ball. Throw it up, and allow him to make a play. He's very similiar to josh gordon in my opinion. Heck, we ain't got nothin' to lose at this point.

WhAt a LoSeR tHiS cLoWoN iS.

The guy has as many catches as me.
-
How is Tony even considered HOF potential? He was carried, for a lack of a better word, by manning's arm into the HOF. He was a cardboard cutout coach, that allowed manning's agressive personality to dominate him.
-
We must re-sign VD, PM, AV, JL AND SB in my opinion. Sergio is a beast on special teams.
-
5 catches for 115 yards and 2 TD'S. One on a busted coverage.
-
2.? BPA
3.Chris Borland-ILB-Wisconsin
5.Kenny Bell-WR Nebraska
6.? BPA
7.Cartel Brooks- RB/PR/KR ?
Re-signs:
1.VD
2.PM
3.AV
4.DB, if the price is right.
Free-agent pick-ups:
1.-Veldheer, Jared (should come much cheaper...coming off an injury).
2.A.Mack (depending on price)
3.Just because we have money, doesn't mean we should spend it all. We have bigger players coming up sooner rather than later, so no need bringing in stop gap guys that will take away money from andrew and company.
What's the deal with NFL GM'S attitudes?

Alot of these guys are first class buttheads. I have a friend that worked in KC and his job was filling up airplanes and when the now fired scott pioli landed a few years back, my friend yelled welcome to KC! He didn't reply and reported my friend to his supervisor and got him fired, just for saying hello.
